My first Test E cycle log

DAY 38

new weight: 199lbs (10-11% bf)

Today was my weigh in! I didn't reach 200lbs but the added calories are definitely working. Pretty happy at how my bf dropped by so much again! My muscles are starting to show much more definition, i especially noticed the shoulders and delts, and i'm also starting to get the V taper so it's pretty exciting! I'm hoping i'll keep losing bf and gaining muscle, i've never been in the single digits before. Here is a picture i made after waking up, no pump or flexing.

DAY 39
Had leg day today. Everything was going fine until i jumped on the standing leg curls and screwed up my lower back again. Had to skip out the last 2 exercises since the lower back pump was just way too harsh.. Other than that i feel great, no sides to report. Pinned my right delt instead of trying out my quad since i had leg day, but i'll probably try it out next time.

DAY 40
Had biceps and back today. Felt tired in the gym but that's probably since i went on an empty stomach. I decided to participate in the regional physique competition next November. I have a year to get ready for it!

DAY 41

Today is a rest day. I found out that i do have some gyno coming up (i can feel small hard lumps behind the nipples). I read the sticky on Gynocomastia and will be starting the reversal that Austinite posted. Which is: Nolva: 60mg for 10 days and then 30mg daily until reversed. Apparently it's fine taking it even on cycle. I've had pubertal gyno so i guess i'm prone to it, not the end of the world. I've felt some itchiness come and go but never had sore nips. The little lumps definitely tells me that gyno is coming.
 
Have your had blood work recently? Just curious what your T levels are at 40 days in...
I haven't had my blood work yet, once i do i will post them up here

Austinite recommends Raloxifene over Nolva for gyno reversal.

craza nice log. just a heads up pining the quad sucks save that for pre contest cycle wen you pin eod.
The reason why i want to pin quads is to get them used to it. Like my delts, after around 3 pins, the PIP was gone.
 
DAY 42

Today i had shoulders, calves and abs. The workout was good, but was tired due to a huge rush at work. Concerning the gyno, apparently yesterday was just a flare up. Today everything is back to normal (and by normal i mean back to my usual pubertal gyno). Either way i was thinking of removing my pubertal gyno this winter, since it's covered by my insurance.
 
DAY 43

Had chest and triceps today. Had much a better workout than yesterday, didn't feel as tired. I'm off the Nolva now but still at the 18.5mg dose of Aromasin. Pinned the left delt, when i stuck the pin in my whole muscle flinched. Maybe i scraped a nerve? The pip is pretty minimal though. I feel good today, no sides to report. Still about a month left, i wonder how i'm gonna feel coming off of it.

I'm using a diet made by 3J. I definitely recommend him to anyone, my progress pictures in my log proves that he knows exactly what he's doing.

DAY 44

Rest day today, feeling good. Will be my weigh in tomorrow! Even though i'm eating 4000 calories i'm still feeling hungry.. Libido is still through the roof!
 
DAY 45

new weight: 199lbs, 9-10% body fat

Unfortunately I didn't go up in weight this week, my bodyfat percent went down though! I will be upping my calories by another 200 today, which will bring me to 4200 calories a day. When i met with 3J, he asked what my goal was and i told him that i want to be 200lbs at 8-10% bodyfat. And now 6 weeks later i'm practically there! Today i made it a rest day again since I'm swamped at work, will train legs tomorrow. Concerning sides, libido is still up, acne is a bit higher, feeling great on 18.5mg Aromasin ED. Pip is high on my delt, i must has struck a nerve since my whole muscle twitched when i inserted the pin 2 days ago. Progress pic, no pump as always:

DAY 45

Had biceps and back today. Been on a crazy crunch at work this week so i was tired, but still trained my hardest. The pip in the left delt is still high, a bit of swelling, this doesn't worry me since it's what happened to my glute at the beginning of the cycle. Just got to let it be and it will disappear in a week or so. Pinned my right delt today, everything went fine. On the 4200 calories, the added 200 calories went into mostly carbs but also a bit of fats. I will add a little diet section on the first post so it's a bit clearer.
 
DAY 46

Rest day today. Pip in the left delt is still pretty high, but the swelling and redness is starting to go down. The redness part doesn't hurt at all, it just hurts at the bottom of the delt, where the swelling is. I'll stop pinning that delt until it's fully recovered, next pinning will be my quad. Here's how it currently looks like:

DAY 47

Took another rest day today. Wanted to make sure everything is fine and that i didn't need any medical attention because of the redness. The swelling is gone and the redness is almost gone too.
 
DAY 48

Had shoulders, calves and abs workout today. Felt great, ton of energy. The redness is practically gone, a little pip left but barely anything.
