my girlfriend always goes to the gym with me and wants to lean her legs out a little bit but start hitting them hard also to ad some muscle to them... she was wondering what she should do that works out her inner thighs and hips sorta and upper thigh basically.....i just started doing legs myself so i dont wanna give her any false info so i had to come as you guys.. by the way i do not squat cuz i really really suck at it..lol... i only do leg press and leg extensions and leg curls and calf raises
