my girlfriend always goes to the gym with me and wants to lean her legs out a little bit but start hitting them hard also to ad some muscle to them... she was wondering what she should do that works out her inner thighs and hips sorta and upper thigh basically.....i just started doing legs myself so i dont wanna give her any false info so i had to come as you guys.. by the way i do not squat cuz i really really suck at it..lol... i only do leg press and leg extensions and leg curls and calf raises
 
First and foremost, you're a pussy ass mother fucker for not squatting.

I work at a high school and i have every girli train doing squats and all of their musculature in their ass and legs is very nice.
 
ok so im a pussy then but i still suck at squats so i dont get a good workout... so was your whole point of this to just tell me to do squats.. that would of been a lot faster.. anyone else?
 
Tell her to do squats, hip abductors and hip adductors to work her inner/outer thighs.

And start squatting.

most people suck at exercises they've never done before, then they gradually build strength. that's the whole point. you're using a piss poor excuse for not squatting. get on it man.

yea ive never had anyone teach me how to squat so i guess thats why i dont do em... i tried to a couple of times and i knew i had to be doing them wrong.. it just felt hella wrong and awkward... i know my form had to of been horrible...haha skarhead1 seems to of gotton a little to bothered at the fact ive never squatted before..hahah whats up with that ?
 
Squat with no weight in the mirror to get your form down. Make sure you are going low each rep, ass below your knees. Start them right and it will pay off down the road.
 
B boy you have got to squat, there is no way around it.

just start of light and get you technique right, or jump on the smith to get used to the motion

If she needs muscle shape (to build some muscle) SQUAT, LEG CURLS, AND STANDING CALVE RAISE. If she needs to reduce fat, learn to eat clean, and right, and do a bit of cardio. End of story. :rockband:
