My last week before competition
I hardly can move my legs.
The brain is slowing doen as well,

but I fell great (read:because I am still alive)

My food preparation is perfect. I am just wondering about anabolics? I have some knowledge, but WHAT ARE THE LATEST RECOMMENDATIONS FOR LAST WEEK SHOTS?????

My other hand looks different because of injections, o my F...
What can I do? I ges nothing. Should I stop injecting in the hands 3 days before competitions- because of separation?

And does anybody know how I could replace my yams in this last week as my stomack is very sencitive??
