I broke my left arm when i was younger and recently noticed my muscles are formed different for arm to arm and my left arm is stronger but my right is bigger what gives?

When i say stronger i mean when im doing curles i can lift more and do more reps.

I know this might be a odd question but it just doesn't make since to me i broke the elbow down the middle of the bone did something just heal up wrong?

Nope r u right handed ? Its perfectly normal my friend no one on this planet is completely symetrical . If someone was it would just look wierd . symetry is key in bodybuilding just hit that left side harder . Im similiar one side of my body is alot more vascular : / i have one forearm thats got alot of veinage and the other barely any they get the same treatment .

I understand that, but my right arm my dominant arm is bigger but my left arm which is smaller is stronger its also double jointed. I thought about working it more to make it bigger but its already noticeably stronger. My right arm also had nerve damage and was immobile for a year so i am still almost ambidextrous as i can write better with my left and drive with my left but use the right for everything else.

itll catch up dude, wont be an overnight thing but it will happen . As for training try do things singular. so no barbells only dbells

This is nothing out of the norm. My right arm looks bigger but the left one actually measures quite a bit larger. Shapes of the two are slightly diff as well for me. You're pretty much the only one that will ever notice these things.

I understand man. I have the same issues (without the prior injury). I attribute it to the large amount of "cardio" i do with my left arm.

God i miss my girl....
