BTW don't forget to warm up those arms or your tendons will be shot.
I wish i could go heavy...but i have to wait for my tendons to heal
cause i did not warm up.
and dumbell curls is all you really need for biceps
do full movement and crunch at the top ..then wait ~1 minute after set and stretch arm
