So guys, after more than a decade of lost wars with doctors to get a decent TRT protocol dialed in I eventyally decided to give Nebido a try.

My stats:
28 years old
168 cm height
65 kilos

Bloods 2 weeks before injection (after 2+ months off TRT):

Test : 220
Free test: 3.40
LH: 0.7
FSH: 0.4
E2: no fckn idea, still have to find a doctor who let me test it
Everything else in range

Did my first Nebido injection 2 weeks ago (2 weeks after bloods), it hurt pretty bad but didnt last more than few minutes (usually didnt feel anything at all on test e inj).
Starting to feel slightly better, strenght still not where it used to be tho, I lost 20 kilos on my PR deadlift, 20 kilos on my squats and bench.
Felt pretty damn shit for these previous months, super depressed, couldnt eat much, weak, lost weight etc.
Im taking bloods again now and taking the boost injection in 2 weeks, so 4 weeks after the first, then Ill be taking monthly bloods and hopefully my doctor will be fine shortening the injection frequency if my levels arent fine.
I also have to convince him to test E2, any suggestion on how to do it?

Blood results from the 2weeks after first injection arrived, my test is still very low and didnt go up much at all:
about 290 total and 5.6 free .
Is this normal?
I still feel like shit and my training quite sucks
I didnt expect to reach normal levels after just 1 injection, but I didnt expect such a little change either, a bit disappointed.
Gonna see the doctor on Wedn and gonna take the 2nd injection, will see.

Totally normal. You won't fully stabilize on Nebido for about 6-8months. TT will steadily climb over that period. It's probably a good idea to front load if you can convince the doc.

Well. I was on Nebido for 7months
At first injection 1->6 my testosterone landed low, then you get the booster.
from there we kept the every 6 week protocol, and eventually decided to try 50% every 3weeks. wich is about 330mg testosterone

Anyways I stopped using it as i wanted to go natural! 12weeks after my last shot of 330mg, my free/bio testosterone levels were above high! 17weeks later they are still in the high area. Im not where about i am now, but i would guess at TT of 400 but higher bio.

Believe its going to be totally out of my system in a months time more!

- Nebido works!. The slow release, oh yeah.

Doc said I can take another injection today (4 weeks after the first) and see how it goes, he also said this isnt normal and he expected my levels to go way higher than this already

How long did it take for your levels to reach normal?
My doctor was planning to give me 1 dose every 16 months tho lol..

Did my second injection yesterday, it still hurts ahah 4 ml in a shot is a bitch!
New bloods in 2 weeks, I hope my Test will be decent this time

A few months have passed and I still feel not so good.
Slightly depressed, waking up in the middle of the night (not sure if related), very weak and still cant eat much/gain weight.
Im starting to think this Nebido isnt really worth it for what Im paying it for, its around 150 euros (not sure how many dollars it is) for every injection,
so far I've spent 300 euros and still feel bad, high chances Im asking the doctor to put me back on Test E next time I see him, Ill wait for new bloods and decide.
Im gonna need A LOT of help at that point, still no idea how to convince him to put me on 2x weekly injections and using AI if needed..

Yeah, really only two options here man:

1. Wait it out for the Nebido to finally kick in, which as I stated above could still be another couple months before you really get the benefits, or

2. Switch to test e. Will only take a 2 - 4 weeks for you to get benefits depending on where your TT is now. But it will be difficult to dial in with Nebido in your system for another couple months (even if you stop now.)

Personally, I think the better and less complicated option is to wait it out. Ask for another blood panel then request another booster injection if need be.

Im having another blood test on Monday, then seeing the doctor after a week and deciding with him.
The point is Im paying for the Nebido and its very pricy, so if Im not having pretty damn good results its not really worth.
Also if Im gonna need frequent injection (I see people getting a shot every 6 weeks for example) its gonna cost me something more than 1k euros every year, which is a shitload of money for just a medicine.
On the other hand, getting dialed well with Test E is VERY difficult over here, where all they know about is that 250mg/3 weeks shite protocol :/

Blood results from 2 weeks after the boost injetion came in, its 6 weeks after my first injection.
Total test is stuck at 290 and free test a bit higher at around 7.
So I basically spent 300 euros to see my total test getting 70 points higher and my free test getting 4 points higher.. not worth for me.
I didnt expect normal levels just after 6 weeks but I didnt expect my total test being stuck either.
Ill see my endo later today, I think I will ask to get back on Test En, not worth going on with Nebido in my opinion, too much money for so little results :/

I took Nebido for a few months, but the cost, and the sudden dip in Test (around 2/3/4 week period) didn't work out for me. Now trying Sus 250, so maybe look into that?

Not available in my country, or at least nobody prescribes it for TRT, I've never even heard any doctor talking about it remotely.
Im back to Test Enanthate now, this new doctor seems very nice and he told me we can try to find the right frequency/dosage to keep my levels decently high with no drop downs.

So guys new update, doctor saw the blood results and said he didnt really expect my levels to be almost at the same spot than before starting the Nebido.
We decided its not really worth at all to spend 150 euros per injection for so little results, so Im starting again with the Test En 250.
Ill start with 250 every 3 weeks because he wants to see if Nebido will eventually "kick in" and how I react to that.
I asked if we could change the frequency and dosage to keep my levels high with no drops and he said we will do that after he sees the bloods, he's the first doctor I've met whos fine with changing that crap 250/3 weeks protocol, so Im very happy.
Not sure how I will deal with high E2 if it rises up, Im quite sure he wont allow me to take an AI, so I will eventually do it on my own in some way..

Good plan. Once took Nebido, and it took ages to kick in - like 7 days. Other times you can feel it say 2/3 days. It really varies.

did you take enough? you can acheive high levels with any ester so nebido is not to blame

Of course I did, first injection of 4ml and second injection of 4 ml after 4 weeks.
Thats 2000 mg of test and my total test went up from 220 to 290 only and my free test from 3.4 to 7.
The doctor said he didnt really expected so small improvement.
Not acceptable for 300 euros.

Yes Nebido should be done every two weeks, it will also take longer to build steady state levels because the ester is so long.

If the Cypionate is cheaper the may be the best route to go.
