My new diet

Miller thanks for the advice, I didnt get a chance to go anywhere my back feels much better, I dont know what it was but it just slowly got better, still have a little pressure but no pain. I'm almost back 100%.

Hey 3J I'm having a little trouble gettin my oats and all my eggs in the morning with this new job, What do you think of me trying this?

cal/fat/carb/pro
2.5 oz. turkey sausage 110/6/1/12
2 egg whites 34/0/0/7
1 whole egg 70/4.5/1/6
1 white bagel 270/1.5/57/10

For a total of 484/12/59/35
With my egg and oats breakfast they go 356/9/46/24
Let me know what you think bud. Not sure how you feel about the turkey sausage. Its just easier to eat the bagel with egg and turkey on the way to work than a bowl of oats

Plain bagel just trying to think of things easy to eat on the way to work, I did have to cut the morning cardio since I started the new job, but Next week there letting me adjust my schedule to my needs so Will be doing the early morning cardio again.

How many meals a day? Are you counting carbs? What kind of cardio do you do?
Are you taking a thermo?

6 meals plus PWO shake and bagel, I count everything not just my carbs. doing PWO cardio 45 minutes heart rate 125-130 bpm(next week will be doing early morning empty stomach cardio also), Not sure what a thermo is????? I'm new to this dieting (about 5-6 weeks now)

Not sure on the avatar, I'll have to look at that one myself.

Edit: Actually, click on your name then just below your name there is a link for user cp. That's your control panel. You can control everything there, invaliding albums and avatars.

well about 6 weeks in things are going good. i tracked my water intake yesterday just to see how much i was drinking and it was only a little over a gallon, thought i was drinking more but when i would wake up and piss it was yellow so i got curious, anyways i up'd it to 2 gallons today and man i felt better, i thought i felt good all along but i didnt. I switched up workout, mon. tuesday are the same but moved legs to wed. and bumped everything a day back to have an upper body break mid week. I also have jsut been doing light weights high reps for my legs and have seen no results. So today i bumped up the weights and man it felt great, I think I'll start seeing some results now, the first 10 minutes on treadmill were a little struggle though felt like i had 10 month old baby legs. Anyways all is well. weight is up to 206 from 200 so about a pound a week bf% has dropped to about 23.5% no more noticable growth though, although I'm trying to stay away from the tape so i dont get discouraged only gonna measure about every 4-6 weeks

BTW probably gonna start bulk cycle end of july

Start? I thought you went from 200 to 206? Nice that you gained weight and dropped bf. Keep us updated. I've been trying to do a clean bulk now but my weight is exactly where it was 3 weeks ago. I upped my calories but also upped my cardio hoping to stay lean but bulk. Hasn't been working lol.

ya I'm dieting for bulk but I was talking bout AAS, I was way ahead of myself saying that, I was just looking in the mirror and was picking myself to death last night. I know I'm not ready for a cycle yet I was jsut getting my buggy in front of my horse. It will be at least 12 months before I'm ready I'm sure. Looked at your album pics your lookin pretty cut, wish I had those abs!!!!!!

I have a good recipe for tilapia since everyone was talking about it:
Chili-Rubbed Tilapia with Asparagus and Lemon
Recipe courtesy EatingWell.com
Rated: 5 stars out of 5Rate itRead users' reviews (54)
• Prep Time:
20 min
• Level:
--
• Yield:
4 servings

Ingredients
• 2 pounds asparagus, tough ends trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt , divided
• 1 pound tilapia, Pacific sole or other firm white fish fillets
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Put asparagus in a steamer basket, place in the pan, cover and steam until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Transfer to a large plate, spreading out to cool.
Combine chili powder, garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt on a plate. Dredge fillets in the spice mixture to coat. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish and cook until just opaque in the center, gently turning halfway, 5 to 7 minutes total. Divide among 4 plates. Immediately add lemon juice, the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and asparagus to the pan and cook, stirring constantly, until the asparagus is coated and heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve the asparagus with the fish.

Cheappinz... the bagels I have are plain and macros are 270cal/1.5f/57Carbs/10Pro I eat all my carbs meals 1-4 and PWO ya there is alot of carbs in a bagel but I dont eat them everyday and i burn alot and sweat alot at work, I'm a welder so doesnt matter the temp I have long sleeves and jeans and sweat 365 days a yr.

cece... Thanks for the recipe I eat Tilapia everyday and it gets old, Today i mixed 4 fillets with 2 1/2 cups sweet peas and 10 oz. can of tomato sauce and ate meals 2 and 4 with it and wasnt to bad but just regular ole baked tilapia everyday starts tasting like shit same with chicken breast

No new Stats Gully tryin to stay away from scale and tape measure so I'll see bigger reults when I do, I know my abs are looking better...At least the top two anyways lol

Ya Welt it is more like a full time job than a part-time job I spend as much time counting macros, lifting, cardio, cooking, eating and ology as I do working and to think the greek gods were just lucky to naturally look this good LOL

Thanks 4 all the input and support guys... it helps keep me sane between meals, lifting is the easy part. and to think god designed food to fuel our bodies and give us what we need to survive and we have fucked it up with big macs brownies and french fries, and look at our obese world, wont be long and they'll have I.V.s to pump food into ppl cuz there to big to lift the fork to ther mouth
