My new diet

keep posting..hope all is well...hopefully ur diet is going better than mine lol..

Its going ok bro i still wanna beat the hell outta the fat guys at work who bring in ther burgers and fries for me to smell. I really dont have to much trouble now just get sick of the same thing everyday, not saying I dont crave some onion rings and a super sonic cheese burger what the hell I'll throw in some chilli and bacon to lol. just stick to it bud and you'll do fine, cant really get to frustrated over the first couple weeks

That was me last week waceyf, New Orleans is not conducive to clean eating lol. I ate all kinds of shit then ate more, then drank enough for 3 people then had pancakes at 3am HAHAHA it was brutal and i paid for it but im back on track now.
 
Ya Welt I'd be screwed if I had to go to New Orleans I love cajun food, My dad works on oil rigs offshore and he drives back home sometimes and stops and brings some boudain(think thats spelled right) and some store down there sells this whole boneless chicken stuffed with crafish rice sasauge and some other good shit that i probably wouldnt eat if I knew what it was lol
 
I'm gonna upload some photos of past and present but dont know how to add multiple pics so I will just do them individually.... I know I have a very long way to go but I am very proud of what I've achieved... so take it easy guys

Ok the first 2 were back in feb. when I got my lazy ass back in the gym and this one is present. thanks to 3J and lots of hard work I am dropping bf like nothing.. not to mention all the great feedback and support i get from all you guys on here

Well after the holiday weekend off my diet while at the lake. I got my meals squared away tuesday and then today... I was operating a jib crane on rollers and it came off the tracks from 12 feet in the air and hit me in the face and shoulder, so I cant eat much got some stitches inside my mouth were it split my lip, luckily no broken bones just wont be able to lift for a week or so and my face feels like someone hit me with a baseball bat, its a miracle it didnt break my nose or bust my teeth, or land on top of my head or it probably woulda killed me.. So I guess Im pulling a Welter and doing one of them supper refeeds minus all the good cajun food, guess ill be eating ice cream and soup, probably some mashed potatoes

Still no lifting having an MRI on shoulder today. I'm about to go stir crazy wihtout the gym, I have gone and done cardio a few times but I'm affraid to do it everyday and chance losing some size. I'm being fucked around by my company, they havent let me work all week and said I'm not getting paid. so its been a pretty stressful deal.
 
Sorry to hear that bud. I would absolutely start eating clean and do cardio. I wouldn't worry too much about losing size. Eat clean and make sure you eat enough.

Btw: when I am off for a few days I try and do my cardio in the gym, seems for me if I miss 2 or 3 days in the gym it turns into a week or longer. I find going to the gym (even just for cardio) helps with that problem. Hell ive even driven to my gym just to have lunch in the cafe in order to eliminate that problem of missing.
