well good luck I 've been in the gym for about 3 1/2 yrs..I am still a rookie
 
Decent upper body development but get a hair cut mate and work on the wheels a lot harder. That mullet your sporting looks gay dude.
 
first of all amte, there is no ques of looking gay with a mullet as far as i m concerned cuz i have no mullet

and yeh..i have terrible wheels.. need to do something abt that shitt...

i m pretty happy with myupper stuff..

I would work on tricep thickness and your forearms need work. Traps need work. Your shoulders are looking good and your bicep is too. Good Luck!

Specifically: what kind of weight are you deadlifting and squating??
 
work on your quads, hamstrings, and calves


just do squats and leg ext for quads
leg curls and stiff-legged deadlifts for hamstrings

and standing and seated calf raises for calves.

weight 170 pounds, height 5ft 9" , chest 43" ,biceps 16.4" , waist 29"

Pics look good man, but @170 and 5'9" and those upper body measuments your legs must be real twigs. Keep up the hard work.
