biggie, my partner who is a bit older! we see a noticable difference in him already!! i am a bit younger so feel it will take a little more time for any noticable difference.
i am getting the carpal tunnel in my hands though

i am also running the l-igf1 and notice my pump at the gym is extreme. pretty awesome
