my new workout?

so now that i'm going to be starting my first cycle should i be training different? what i mean is should i be going 6 days a week since i'll be recovering quicker? should i do higher reps or lower reps? i'm very cut and just want to mass up and stay pretty lean (i know diet right but...)....i usually stay within the 5x5 area for workouts so i can push pretty hard then after a while i'll switch to higher reps
 
Hi, i think before hitting a cycle you should try giving a hand to your nutrition with our master 3J (in our nutrition section) and maybe change your workout to get something in the range of 7-10 depending on how everything else would be setted to gain some serious and interesting mass !

thanks david i do appreciate it i will be in that section too then....but i would like to know for future reference about training also
 
i always go for lean mass too and for the past few weeks ive been doing 5 sets per execise starting at 20 reps,15,12,10,8.
ive alwas been a volume trainer and do 20+ sets per bodypart except for calves, forearms, and traps
 
holy cow you have great endurance so i guess i'll try upping my reps on most things i do...i just hate my legs...they're pretty powerful but cannot gain size
