My next cycle. Test, EQ, Masteron, Anavar

Totally random question here guys....
The last week, maybe two... I get so much more sore in my front delts than I do in chest...
When I ONLY train chest.

A normal routine is something like this, supersets of press/flies:
Flat bench press
Flat dumbbell flies.
Decline bench press
Decline dumbbell flies
Incline bench press (very little weight, sometimes only the bar..., always uncomfortable and always have been, my right shoulder hates this one...)
Incline flies (skipped them yesterday, right shoulders was not happy with this)

Then I usually finish off with some cable rows downwards? (no idea what its called)
And then I do the reverse one cable rows upwards?

Sometimes I throw in some dumbbell presses, some isometric upwards push(can't remember exercises names to save my life lol...) or whatever but that's a pretty standard routine.
Doing 4-5x sets with 5-15 reps each.

Is my shoulders under developed for the weights or im I training wrong? I have done very little compound exercises until this cycle, pretty much all of them bench, deadlifts, squats, military press. So maybe my ligaments and tendons are lacking behind now? Please help.

Should mention above, no i dont ego lift and I always try to have perfect form (at least what I think is perfect form, i do youtube a lot)
I also make sure that every rep is at least 3-5 seconds, meaning slow(not negative, just slower) on the way down, hold 1 second, explosive push up, hold 1 second and repeat.

I***8217;m feeling like a pin cushion at the moment, just pinned 400mg mast, 100 tren a and 200 test prop. I usually don***8217;t pin more than one cc of prop but said fook it. You mentioned adex at 1.5 ew and your running 500 test. I was doing my adex at .5 twice a week and now I***8217;ve dropped it and I am feeling way better than I was on it. I read a good article a couple weeks ago about running an ai with masteron and to make sure you don't bring your estrogen to low. I think I was in the low zone because I had no motivation or sex drive. Dropped the adex and all is back to normal. Another thing I was reading is ai are used to often when their not needed and how the bodybuilders back in the day didn't have them so they were never used. If you look back some of the best physiques were from the golden era. Also when you hit a plateau try changing up your routine and diet. A lot of time when people arent getting stronger is because their deficient in calories. Im not sure if you ever known people that train for years and look the same. Its usually because of their diet and routine. I try to switch my routine every six weeks and sometimes I do different routines week to week. I used to lift heavy for a few weeks then light for one or two then do something like high reps and a bunch of sets for several weeks. That way it never got stale and my body was confused. These days I am done with heavy weight, to many set backs. This is the first time in over two years my shoulders are pain free. For those two years my workouts went from pathetic to subpar then to good. If I would of just trained normal and not extreme I would not have lost those two years because of injuries.

Try eating more and switching up your program before you add more gear. On the flip side of things your gear will last longer. Also if you add more gear and dont switch up your routine and eat more you still at most will get subpar gains.

First of all, I know my diet is SHIT...Like really shit. I eat half of what I should be eating, with that said... I'm in a calorie deficit by choice and no that does not defend or excuse my overall poor diet but my goal is to maintain what I have, add maybe 5-10% more muscle but what I truly want is to look "stage" ready á la classic physique.
And no, i have zero illusions I'll make it THAT far... But right now i'm 70.5kg (average, morning, midday, bedtime). And an educated guess from previous measurements, i'm around 11-12% bodyfat right now.
But I don't seem to grow or lose fat right now. Not sure what's going on and this is last 10-14 days. It COULD be me obsessing in the mirror several times per day but I'm pretty intune with my body in most aspects and something feels off...I tried a mini refeed for 3 days but started gaining fat so stopped and didn't get the usual drop down effect like you should

If I can manage to go up to 71kg AND loose another 3% body fat in the coming 2-3 months, i'd be more than thrilled with this cycle.
And my next cycle will be focus on getting my actual goal, which is 75kg @ 7-8% bodyfat.

Is this a sane approach or I'm I doing it all wrong now?

Felt you're post needed two separate responses as to not clutter up what I'm trying to say here lol.
Honestly, I have not done any blood work to check AI because I was stupid and I had 30mg of adex and 60x 25mg aromasin when I started cycle. Neither would cover the whole cycle and I wanted to end on aromasin.
I started cycle at 0.5mg twice per week but I did feel bit off and raised it to 0.5mg mon,wed,fri and have felt great ever sense.
I'm also so sensitive that when I was ONLY running a HCG blast (500iu per day for 14 days) I got fucking gyno lump bro. And previous cycles I've also verified with bloodwork that I need very high doses of AI or it will just climb and climb.

My adex is about to run out, have about 2-3 weeks left and then I'll go on aromasin 10mg ed, which I know will be tiny bit too low but I think i'll do like you say, let it climb for a few weeks, verify with blood work and go from there.

And the whole training to hard, i couldn't agree more, first 2 cycles were riddled with injuries, just last year (and last cycle), i fucked my rotator cuff from retarded PT pushing of military press, a month later I'm irritated at people staring at me, check the color coding on weights (which for some fucking retarded reason differs from gym to gym) so I loaded up 45kg excluding bar and went ham on preacher biceps curls (my previous PR was 35kg incl bar.....) but I had so much anger and adrenaline i just pushed it out, second set I literally hear a crack and forearm fractured...
A while after that, I'm out drinking and its winter... Decided i'm superman and gonna leap over a fence... I leaped over it and landed belly(ribcage) side on the pavement, broke 2 ribs.

Couldn't train for 6 months straight and first injury was first week of PCT lol...

After that, i'm mostly going for pump and high reps.

About the program, yes, I'm planning to change it up next week. Been doing 3J's training program he gives clients and I really like it but i'm also just going trough the motions last week or so.
So absolutely right, I need to change it up but not sure too what?

Weighted abs/core exercises has changed my life lol...
How can I have done hundreds of reps every day for years with minimal progress when I can do 40 reps and die lol...

New routine is this:
Hanging leg raises(? the L sit so to speak), I do 2 sets with 4kg ankle weights and then 2 sets without.
I always combine this with a super set of cable crunches.

Then I move onto "standing side oblique crunches with dumbbells"(?) lying leg raises, flutter kicks, reverse crunch, heel touches, ab wheel and 1 minute plank and do 2-3 sets and them i'm dead.

Before the above, I usually did like 25x5 exercises and like 4-5 sets and still didn't feel dead...
Now i'm constantly sore in my stomach and haven't had that feeling in years :D

What test kit brand for winny and anavar would you guys recommend?
Tried searching but can't find what everyone recommends every time :(

Very few ship to sweden so ended up with the basic anavar/winstrol color test from labmax.
So i'll at least get some form of confirmation that I've got legit products, underdoses dont matter but wouldn't wanna find out both my winny/anavar is actually dbol lol...
 
When you lay down on the bench try your best to pinch your shoulder blades together that way it brings your shoulders back. When you don***8217;t do that the front delts come into play a lot more. Also try training with just dumbbells for a while start with incline also since it incorporates more of the pec and people are naturally weaker with their incline. So hit incline while your fresh and hammer those pecs. After several weeks try to max bench and if your pushing yourself with those dumbbells leading up to this then I guarantee your max will increase. Good luck

That actually explains a lot. 3J's program is pushing max weights a lot with only 4-6 reps and now when you mention it, i do push my shoulders up/out instead of back when I get tired, just couldn't connect the dots. Thanks
I'll also start with incline from now on, not sure why I always end with it, just always done it in that order.

I bought the test mostly to get an indication that the gear is what it actually says it is, this way I'll have a little reference on how I felt. Maybe I should save one of the test and only check anavar.

They call it "research chemicals", does that mean they are legal?
Or does it depend on country?

What you think about authenticity and quality? Prices are pretty equal to most sites but it would be sent via amazon, so customs wouldn't even care. (By the odd chance its illegal here)

I do think its equal risks on radar as say, ordering online from any other steroid shop? Probably less so because who checks amazon packages delivered by companies like ups, dhl etc.

It's totally out of whack right now... The only meal that I consistently manage is breakfast, which isn't bad. Its oats with extra fiber, frozen fruits, some peanut butter, whey etc.
Probably comes out to 800-1000 calories.
But I hate water...so i've started drinking a lot of milk, like 2-4 liters per day. Not good. 1 liter is about 420 calories(and like 35grams protein, lets not forget that fact lol) so just there its 1500ish calories and then the shake and some cheats here and there... Yeh, no wonder I won't lose fat faster.

That and I need to find a way to cook chicken and still have it taste good the day after... I can't figure it out but chicken only tastes good freshly cooked, for me at least :(
It's middle cycle and im getting bored with it, hopefully the new stack will reinvigorate my enthusiasm. Diet needs to be better regardless though but I have some plans for that, just need real life to sort itself out a bit more first so I can have peace of mind.

Now for obvious reasons I just want to dive right into everything but decided i'm gonna run 5 more weeks at 500mg per week (100mg increase). Making it test e for exactly 13 weeks.
I also missed 1.5 shots while waiting for the source to deliver to my city (online is so much more convenient then meeting half gangsters lol...)

Then i will finish up 7 weeks with masteron, winny, anavar and maybe proviron but might wanna save that for PCT. For a total of 20 week cycle... Long for sure but not unheard off.
Also trying to decide if I should run my cjc/ghrp6 for those same 7 weeks OR wait and run it for whole of my PCT instead. Any opinions or thoughts here?

Holy hell you could tell they use a lot of alcohol in this gear... I usually do a big drop on the needle and let it slide down and then inject, just to lube it a bit.
Had an insane sting to it lol...was bit shocked to be honest. Feels good though, probably placebo having to wait a whole week between shots but it feels like my other was underdosed... Got immediate rush, almost like pinning tren ace.
