My next cycle. Test, EQ, Masteron, Anavar

I keep forgetting if i've taken my second dose of orals pretty much every night so gonna try dialing 1111 for first dose on phone and 2222 for second dose and should be able to check that way lol...

Wouldn't it be better to just take an anti-inflammatory medicine rather than allergy meds?
Something that contains perhaps, diclofenac?
Because I don't wanna eat allergy meds when I don't have one lol... :p
 
With GHRP6 and weed again, I'm eating a little bit too much and a little bit too unclean...
Gotta cut back on the premade shakes(too much carbs) definitely the watermelon and some extent fruits and of course the milk, milk and watermelon is easily 800-1200 calories per day now.
I'm not far off and I haven't started gaining fat but i've stalled progress, which isn't good...
 
Been thinking about the GHRP and how it raises prolactin and noticed I have an old bottle with caber from previous tren runs.
Would it be a horrible idea to run it at really tiny doses? Maybe twice per week?
Yes, yes, blood work but its a special test and spent money on the general+female already, just gonna make the switch to aromasin and let the testo bleed down before I check estrogen/bloods.

Looking forward to next cycle, GHRP6 is amazing for the appetite and hasn't seem to reduced yet and with some effort, I could really do a 3500 calorie bulk cycle no problem. Biggest issue would be the cost for all the meats lol...
Probably test/eq/masteron for next run about a 10 months from today :O
 
Gonna nap and train some back after, sadly deadlift is out of the question which is my favorite for back day :(
Probably have to keep myself to lat pulls, rows and some pull ups today.
bought aged sirloin steak today and gonna do a habanero post workout sandwich, adding 2 eggs to beef it up even more, mmm!! :D

Today was worst workout off the whole cycle, probably for the whole year...
I just couldn't get in the zone whatsoever...
Did a really sloppy 40 min workout but everything felt so heavy in my mind...
Strength is WAY up though, can really tell the var is doing its job.

Been increasing weight and reps quite substantially, not sure why I'm so dead today, even had a coffee as PWO, maybe just one of those days.

PIP is mostly gone, i'm on 25mgx3 daily diclofenac but don't think it made much difference this late.
 
Got a great deal on chicken breast today so decided to make some random food, bit inspired by my friend who ate protein and carbs separately.
Keeping it super simple... Store bought chicken lemon marinade over the night.
Fry up a package of pre sliced bacon bits on the oven (170c), once they're brown and crispy add 2 cans of crushed tomato, tomato paste, one deseeded and chopped habanero, a can of corn, some diced paprika, 2 sliced onions, drizzle of honey and some grated garlic. A splash of acid, lemon, lime or apple cider vinegar etc, use what you like/have at home.
Add tiny bit olive oil, season with salt and pepper, mix and put back in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile Fry up the chicken breasts in a large pan, about 60-90 seconds on each side, add all the chicken breast with the tomato sauce and bake in oven for another 15-25 min (depends on big the breasts are)
I use an oven temp and remove them at about 67-68c (Will keep rising to about 70-72c after you remove it from oven so don't worry)

And we're done... :D
Very easy way to cook 2 pounds of chicken, will be super moist and tender, rep me later ;)

Was at the chiropractor today and complained about my cramps in quads and calves and he was like ok, this will hurt and smiled lol...
Then he started to massage and move the quad heads into right position again, holy fuck that shit hurt but in a good way... Was instantly sore after leaving him.
Also had locked up my lats and shoulders so fixed that and neck too. Worth every penny, wish I could go every week.
 
Had pretty good shoulder workout today but I usually do with shoulders.
I've gotten comments that I'm starting to look square and when I'm looking in the mirror its my shoulders that's popping out a little bit to much in comparison to arms and chest.
Think it's all these compound exercises that has kicked my shoulders into overdrive.

My rotator cuff needs a break anyhow so i'll use shoulder day for either arms or chest, depending on which previous workout was the worst for whatever reason.
Should help smooth everything out. Probably skip shoulders 3 weeks in a row, should be a good starting point.
 
Watch out from getting injured.

I'm trying to keep that in mind every workout, especially since jumping on winstrol. Usually push the first exercise, often compound like today military press, some pyramid up and down to fatigue quickly and then moved on and was doing 15-20 reps only.
Also focusing more on time under tension, doing small holds here and there :)

And its always my right shoulder that is bitching after fucking it up last cycle so will only be beneficial to pause shoulders for a week or three.

Not sure exactly what the chiropractor did but my legs are hurting like hell today and have this huge knot in my right ventro glute. Haven't injected there in a while but feels very close to PIP.
But then again, he said he was realigning the muscle heads and it did hurt to the point of crying yesterday but sucks just being free of pip in left ventro glute to trade it for knot in the right one same day its over lol...
Can barely walk...again...kills the training spirit feeling like an 80 year old and today was supposed to be legs, which I skipped last week...
Ohh well, guess i'll do arms and hope for legs tomorrow or sunday...
 
Today was arms and I thought gym would be empty but for some reason it was more people than usual and this one fuck face that took off his shirt and trained...
Real faggot grinning and shit at people... He was pretty ripped and natural so gotta give him credit for that but he wasn't take off my shirt good... And you could tell everyone around him was mad uncomfortable...

First day that felt pretty normal aside from that fuckface, killed triceps and was bit lazy with biceps but all in all a solid workout.
Gonna take tomorrow off and add sunday to catch up a bit.

Will also tighten up diet, been way to much excess carbs, from milk to watermelon, to little cardio and it shows, it really shows... Gotta get back in the game and push harder than ever before now for the finish and not slack off :)
 
Really need to get diet in check... I feel so bloated and fat last couple days...
The only big difference is watermelon so i'll cut that out because I can't just eat a little bit...
I'm using to much sodium for sure, so will cut that out and the creatine too soon.

Other than that, its mostly starting to eat on schedule again and pushing more cardio. I've just been lazy because progress has been real good up to this point but something is stalling so have to adjust.
Taking the day off and doing sunday-friday and making sure to hit arms and chest twice and bump their progress up a bit, shoulders is getting the week off.
