My progress with optimum pharma + pictures

Hey Guys,
Maybe you know that 1 week later i am gonna compete in BB championship.
It will give me opportunity to compete in Europe and World Championship, maybe invitation for International stuff who knows
I wanted to share with you all my form and take comments.
I only use Optimum Pharma gear and Food , yes you read true , no HGH , no Supplements
Old school style , gear + food + training , i did because i wish to see what can Optimum Pharma bring by itself...
I would not mind if you will rep me up if you like my form You cannot have too much greens
I am 6 foot ( 180 cm) and 214 pound (97 kg) right now. Body fat ? i am not sure, you decide
