My progress with optimum pharma + pictures

Thanks Bro for your answer. I would like to ask you a question: have you ever used Ultrabol 350? It's got an add combination on Eq,Tren E and Winstrol Cypionate but seems to be very interesting.I wonder how well is working for a lean bulking cycle.

Thing is, my right shoulder is fine no problem lifting/doing heavy weight/presses, its my left shoulder only so its kinda been holding back my right shoulder, I dont want out of porportion shoulders (right shoulder being way bigger than my left injured/weak shoulder). I also wonder how others go about correcting semmetry when dealing with injuries. Your thoughts? Thanks again!
 
i can have 1 word for you , just add some test and that will 1 hell of an effective cycle :)
i can recommend 4-5 ml Ultrabol 350 per week, inject every Monday and Thursday
I think Testabolon 400 will be good with that, minimum 1,5 ml per week, 2 ml better
Cycle length should be minimum 14 weeks, boldenone have a long ester and test 400 also
I know 1 person who gained almost 30 lbs (13-14 kg)with this combination
Keep in mind please, Optimum Pharma stuff is very potent, slightly overdose also, don't go greedy with dosages :)

I do this everyday before training as warm ups
Stand in front mirror and have small dumbell like 12-13 lbs ( 5-6 kg) , make your arm 90 degree like you do hammer curl
after that, raise your arm like you gonna do lateral raises with another 90 with your body. right now you are in a position that your palm faces ground , arm on the side of your shoulder.
This is the starting point
move/turn your arm to the back until your palm faces the mirror . repeat many times until you gonna have annoying burn inside shoulder
i know its hard to understand :)

There is only 1 way , do a lot of 1 dumbell raises to front , side and back but push your weak arm until you throw up with extra work(extra 1-2 sets or reps) on training days...
that arm should feel that , he need to grow for surviving , you need send the signal there
i mean , train until failure on that single arm

Thanks for the headsup/offer on help, I am currently on a test e 500mg\week cycle(12 pins in) so I have been noticing my recovery time has significantly improved. Really focusing on shoulders this cycle so your help/tips sure do come in handy.
 
i can tell you how i do ...
empty stomach cardio first thing in the morning 5 times per week, but you should load some powder amino before and after, for not loosing muscle
On training , use some heavy weights with negatives, i mean lower the weight slooooowly
Like counting inside 1001, 1002 , 1003, 1004, thats the point the bar touch your chest very slighty ( i assume you do bench press)
wait 1 sec there , yes the intensity. after that lift up but faster, 1001, 1002
you cannot make too much reps with this but fuck the numbers, do it until you shake, turn red and roar
this will make you FULL, i mean full with blood, now isolate muscle, burn it with nice moves like dumbell flys , cable crossovers ect..
I mean use the pump for your advantage
this training will make strong as an OX, so you will get harder injury.
Because you create intensity with less weight, longer stamina , stronger muscle fibers

On your low carb days, how many carbs and how much fat you taking in?
 
Normally very low carb diet plus many cardio means bye bye to muscle . BUT,
If you have good Tren and other stuff than you can keep your muscle.
So body turns crazy and fucks up all the fat with keto effect.
I also think loading up pure amino acids works better than protein powder after training, Right now i am supp free but
i believe powder BCAA ; Glutamine and arginine are the real deal

Thanks mate really appreciate it! It wouldn't hurt having protein post cycle though would it? I usually have a mixed shake post workout of whey protein, BCAA, glutamine and dextrose.
