four years experience.

this is the second cycle.

the first was Test E & Boldenone in 2016

Test E 1 ml+ Boldenone 1 ml= same syringe

Tren Acetate 0.5 ml + T - Propionate 0.5 ml= same syringe

any recommendation?

Two weeks off after 500 mg boldenone per week is no where near long enough, and 100 mg clomid per day for four weeks is needlessly harsh.

You should plot out the blood levels to see how long after last pin is long enough, probably four weeks minimum.

yes you should wait 4 weeks to start pct. and lowering your clomid dosage to 50mg would be better, please read the beginners cycle sticky thread.

What I'm telling you is you should plot your blood levels over time to see when you should start and stop PCT, instead of just guessing.

Might be four weeks, might be five, better to actually find out than to guess or ask some random dude on the internet. Boldenone is the worst AAS out there in terms of how long it takes to clear your system, so at 500 mg/wk it will be a longer time than you think.

For Clomid, sometimes you see 100 mg/day initial dosing if the PCT starts when AAS still in the blood is higher than normal levels, it then drops to 50/day for the rest of PCT. Again best to plot levels to see if this is needed, and if so for how long.
