my training routine

any1 see any MAJOR flaws with my current routie?

mon: LEGS(machines..leg press x 4 working sets, leg extension x 4 working sets, leg curl x 4 working sets and calf raise x 4 working sets)

tue: BICEPS, BACK. Brabel curl (wide grip) x 4 working sets, barbell curl (narrow grip) x 4 working sets(ez bar used), rows x 4 working sets

wed: chest, triseps: bench flat, 4 working sets, bench incline 3 working sets, dumbell flies, incline, 4 working sets, Tricep pushdown(machine) 4 working sets, and triceps pushdown with straight bar on pully machine, 3 working sets.

thur, fri, sat: off, then resume..(3 days on, 3 days off)

been lifting for a year and a half.

i generally do a couple of warm up sets then 4 working, with the last 2 to failure. I try to up the weights each workout.
 
Yeah i see a couple of major flaws to say the least. You dont squat or deadlift.
 
you back must suck. 1 exercise and its after biceps, and no shoulder work shit dude.
splits different. what about 2on 1 off 1on 2 off
day 1 chest arms
day 2 legs
day 3 off
day 4 back shoulders
day 5 and 6 off
 
You should have really looked into all of this before hitting the juice you wanna drop those machine exercises and replace them with free weights. theres not one thing a machine can do that free weight cant do better.
 
A LOT...you don't squat or at least Hack Squat...you have no core work for abs or lower back...your bicep and back day has 3 total exercies and no Lat work...I would recommend throwing some kind of dumb bell bicep exercise in and a lat pull down, add some kind of outter and rear delt work...and just do one variation on tricep pull downs and do a couple of free weight exercises like skull crushers and seated presses. Really what you have posted is not a complete routine....it needs a lot of work.
