Average shipping time is 2-3 weeks. It's hard to tell when their busy though. I've been waiting close to 6 lol

heard great things about naps so i decided to order. placed order on feb 10th and they got my money on feb 11th. i didn't get anything yet. shot them an email couple days ago and they said it was shipped and wait for it. i mean i'm a patient person and understand it takes a while to get here....but this is WAYYY too long. don't know if i'll order from them again :/

I ordered on the 15th Feb. I haven't received yet either. They say after a month you can submit a ticket. They always reply right away. I was told that there was a prob at a hub on their end and all Feb orders are 2-3 weeks behind. I would just chill. I've heard of ppl waiting up to 2 months to get their shit. But they always come through. Just put another iron in the fire in the mean time, know what i mean?

I think your right on that 1. and also the fact of axio getting boned they probly had a huge business surge and are having trouble keeping up.
i ordered the 12th of feb and my shit wasnt shipped till the 18th. according to their website i shuld have my shit already. i think it will come soon. i dont wanna be 1 of the people that waits 2 months...

yeah me too, but what's funny (well not really) is that I placed an order with my other source who's out of the UK around the same time. And that shit ain't here yet either. Makes me think maybe just all international mail is slow right now OR...I swear all these companies favor first time buyers to gain your trust and business. Then when your satisfied and ready to spend some real $. It's like fuck you you'll get it when you get it. Cause both my first orders with each one both came in 3 weeks. I was impressed.

Yeah I think your,right about that. My first order was super fast but the second one was a a little longer. Then I make a big order and its taking forever.
