Natural lifters in here

What exactly do you consider natural? If you mean no steroids, then I qualify, so here goes.

H: 5'10.5"
W: 209ish
Bench: 345
Squat: 395ish
Dead: 500

I have taken M1T, but all of my maxes, with the exception of deadlift, were made beforehand. I'm posting an updated pic on the members photos section.
 
Read the sig - also, I've been lifting seriously for 2 years. Only thing I've ever used is creatine, but Im not using it right now cause im cuttin....or trying :p
 
Unfortunetly, I would have to disagree as well. Don't get me wrong, there are people like me that have come to become educated BEFORE I EVEN THINK ABOUT TOUCHING GEAR but, alot of people use here....not that thats bad, or anything.

My stats are in my signature. I have been training since september 2000, the first year was just goofing around. After the first year I started training more serious with a training routine. I was into powerlifting from last September till about January. I made some pretty good strength gains as you can see in my signature:p

My measurements are:

Arms: 15.5"
Chest: 42"
Quads: 24"
Calves: a mere 14":(
Forearms: 12.5"


New pictures are coming in July. I can then make a better comparison to last year also:)
 
Im a natty as well myself! Been training for 4 years now, first two were on and off...then the previous two, just diehard.

Gymphreak, you have similar stats to myself. But you have 13% BF?

(In the non-gayest way possible) Got any pics? cause I've never used a caliper, but I would guess im in the high 20's of BF.

Hey, younger (16-20yr olds), do yourselves a favor and build up your maxes slowly. Back in the early to mid 80's, forced reps, rock bottom squats, max attempts at every workout were normal to us back then. At 5'5'' and 150 lbs I would start my Bench Press workout like this, bar20reps, 135@12, 225@10, 300-315@1-4 for 3 sets with forcsd reps, stupid. Now I can't bench at all. Shoulders blown at 36. Not preaching, just pace it. You will be glad in 15 or so years.
