nausea while training

ive been at this for twenty five years, but my last three workouts, no harder than usual, and no diet changes, have given me nausea. don't have any other symptoms or feel like I'm coming down with anything.have trained and puked years ago, but not for a long time.
I could see it if I was balls to the wall, but I train hard pretty much all the time. yes I am on cycle, but have been for some time.
any ideas or do you guys think it might be overtraining? I know my body pretty well at this point so didn't think it would be that, but open to suggestions. thanks boys,

Sounds simple but I chew gum if I get nauseous. It works for me. It's a old school bb trick. I do the same thing when I force feed myself. For some reason it distract ur brain or something. Not sure how it works, it just does.

Holy shit. It's funny you mention this because on Saturday I was doing lat pull downs and blacked out. Started laying on the floor and almost puked. I was sick the whole workout. Maybe it has something to do with fluctuations in blood sugar which test causes or dehydration.

I get nausea bad on leg day if my diet or sleep wasn't perfect the day before and its a bit worse now that I'm on cycle. I started drinking a bunch of water before training and then stop and hour before I go to the gym then just sip it during instead of the half gallon I normally drink. That's helped me stay hydrated but with out the sloshing.

try to chew gum, it helps me. stay well hydrated, get plenty of rest and wait a few hours after eating to workout

I've been chewing gum while working out since they threw me under the squat rack at 13 yrs old for ball.

Only thing that has overcome that gum trick is the fucking sweatbox of a powerlifting center w/ no AC at my old high school during hell week (3 a day workouts - morning, afternoon & evening @ 110+ degrees).... AND PWO supps. Do you drink / take any PWO stuff?

I stopped yrs ago (only did it for a short time) i have enough energy don't really need more.

thanks for the input guys, I think I will give the gum a try. if nothing else, maybe it keeps you from drinking as much water during your workout, not that this is a bad thing, but I do pound the water to me. pre-workout supps make me dry as well, so that could be the problem. if I drank anymore water outside of the gym, I'd have to wear a depends undergarment I think..lol.

the sloshing may well be the culprit, and the pwo's aren't helping I'm sure.

thanks again.

boys, I'd like to report that I trained back hard as hell today, while chewing gum, and I didnt get a bit of nausea. I'll stop short of calling any of you bastards genius but it worked...lol
thanks again for the advice, and by the way, I think laying off the water for a bit before workout also helped as well... anyway it worked. Thanks boys.
