Im coming off of a 15 week tren/test/winny cycle and have already started a lower volume training routine. Im still puzzled as to how I should approach my leg day. I was doing the following for 15 weeks...

squats 2 sets
leg press 2 sets
hack squats 2 sets
stiff leg deads 3 sets

then at week ~8 switched to

squats 2 sets
box squats 2 sets
hacks 3 sets

I did hams another day for the duration as well.

Now Im off, Id like to stick with squats but everything else needs a change. Any suggestions as to what excersizes and such for a guy starting his PCT?? Thanks :40oz:

hard to beat the later. you could rotate in leg presses every 3 or 4 th week for hacks or box squats. or maybe drop back to one work set of 15-20 reps per exercise. but t be honest in this rep range one movemnt is all you gonna need. 1x20 on squats and 1x15 on sldl. thats a great leg routine. tough but very effective.

slightly reduce volume but try to keep pusing the heavy weights obviouslt when off the gear you wont be as strong..i would keep the same exercises that gave you the best results and just slighhtly reduce the volume as you recover...

Don't know how good this one will work for ya, but it has worked good for me. Pullinbig, or any other experienced guy, feel free to criticize my leg workout.

Ass to Grass Squats

1 warmup set x 8
1 acclimated set x 6
3 heavy sets 4-6 rep range, as heavy as I can do them.

SLDL's

3 heavy sets 4-6 rep range, as heavy as I can do them.

Barbell Calf Raises

3 heavy sets 10-15 rep range, as heavy as I can do them.

Thats it.

It's working great for me man. I don't bother with leg curls or leg extensions anymore, gave me a false sense of strength till i started doing deep squats, same with leg presses...

My workout looks pretty simple but frankly, after deep squats and SLDL's im dead tired, almost too tired to do calves lol.

i like the routine myself . if anything i would box squats for squats for a few weeks here and there to break things up .
