Need a new routine

I'm looking for a new lifting routine and turning to ology for advice. I'm 5'10" 197lbs 14% bodyfat. I'm looking to get around 215-220 lbs. My diet is on par, but i need some new training methods. I was training 4 days a week:

Mon. Chest/calves
Tue. Back/traps/hams
Wed. Off
Thur. Shoulders/triceps
Fri. Biceps/thighs

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
this topic has been beat to death, so you can search here or any other good board and find a great cookie cutter split.

im assuming youre natural, and not super genetically gifted, or else you wouldnt be here asking questions, so id recommend looking for a 3 day a week, low volume, high-ish frequency, upper/lower or push/pull/legs split...not a "bodyparts" split.
