Tough question without knowing everything . Anadrol is generally used just to jump start a cycle if the tren and test are short esters its not regally even needed, but generally 4 weeks for the anadrol at say 50-100 mg a day. Tren is normally not recommended. For the novice user and even advanced users wont stay on longer than 8 weeks, test is usually ran around 12. weeks for long esters. Tren should be accompanied with prami or caber and test and anadrol some aromassin this is very general since I don't have much info, pct starts at different times depending on the type of test and tren and usually includessome combo of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) , torem,nolva, or clomid.
He's off the anadrol now, took that for right amount of time. i know he's taken tren more than 8 weeks think maybe double. and test for ages. He's been told can stay on a cycle for a long time and as long as you do proper post cycle therapy (pct) everything goes back to normal. is this right?

If he's been on tren 16 weeks that's insane!! Test you can go 14-16. If all is good, he's going to have a hell of a time recovering, needs to get off right away and do some serious pct.

Not sure why someone would do that, most people run a well planned 12 week cycle recover properly and then on their next cycle run different compounds tailored to their goals whether it be to bulk up get cut up or strength, sounds like he's had his fun, tren is rough stuff, my advice start pct right away and wait for next time to do different stuff, maybe one of the vets will chime in soon but that's my. 02

Sounds like you may want to get a man on the side because your current ones penis will be useless. If he's been on as long as you say his sides must be severe!!! Is he taking any inhibitors at all??

His test dosage is probably high which is why the libido is still their, but his natural production of test has been shut down for a long time and by abusing steroids you run the risk of never getting it back properly, hence the pct, he may be fine now but once he stops taking the test his body wont make it and he also run a good chance of losing the majority of his gains. So your correct in being concerned, how old is he?

Really the only thing you normally take while on cycle are inhibitors. That help combat gyno and other sides hcg. Would help if his balls are the size of raisins it helps testicular atrophy, hopefully one of the vets chime in I find myself vet knowledgeable in the subject but a case this severe you really help from one of the pros, good lucks

sounds like you live in EU? with NHS i assume you should be able to get a blood test, which would give you the best insight into any health issues arising from his cycle

my wife supports me with this and is educated in this also.
if he is using supper high doses there will be a problem with recovery. his dick wont work right and he wont want sex. but it may not last or it could be screwed for the rest of his life if he dont do a post cycle therapy (pct) correct or if the abuse keeps going.

I'm just worried about his health and getting his test levels back to normal after. He's been on way over 20 weeks, now swapping tren for deca for 4 months. what is considered a good post cycle therapy (pct)? is tomaxifen, nolvadex, clomid and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) enough?

he should be running HCH right now. this will keep the balls plump and ready to produce his own test.
nolvadex isn't to great with the nor19 compounds but clomid is what he will need and also rui has a new one that works well from what i have heard. not sure of the name torme.....
this sounds like a rather silly plan. theres no way hes going to make any size or gains from do what he has planned. the receptors will be flooded but the IGF will help with that. but still it would be better to just do a low cruze.
i did this for almost 2 years. i would blast and cruze on 250mg the worst for me tho i was low test to start and i'm even lower now. so i'm on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) from the doctor.
but this plan is silly.
