Also, Got finished with a cycle of Deca 300. Was on it for about 12 weeks with great results. Just started Enanthate 200, using about 300 mgs for the first week and want to increase weekly. How much each week and how long before it kicks. Obviously I havnt used this before. Thanks and I am 5'7 210, 10% body fat, starting diet again next week after taking 1 month off after my wifes show end of July. Thanks

1st thing you can not ask for sources on the open board, you should read the rules so your up on these things.

with your cycle their is no need to taper your testosterone up or down. you should be pinning 500-600mg a week split into 2 separate shots. do this for 12 weeks, cause it will take a good 4-5 weeks to kick in.

lastly, why did you run deca without test? did your dick work?
 
Fearr-how old are you??? It seems from your initial statement that you have a lot of research to do. At least you've come to the right place. The 'search' botton will help you navigate through ology's threads very quickly to find the answers to your questions.

First thing. Test is a BASE for ALL cycles. That is why The-Det-oak made that comment. I, as well, am curious if your dick still works???????? Do you have a proper PCT in place? Please give us all your stats including; pct, diet, age, goals, past cycles etc.
 
Sorry guys, should have read the rules first. I have not used a whole lot of Juice in my 40 yrs. I started back using them again about 4 yrs ago. My wife is a comptetive bodybuilder. I follow the diet, w/o and everything, just do not get on stage, I primarily supprt her along the way, so we are both not at ourt throats during contest time. I did get a little Deca dick, but nothing to bad and since being off for the last 4 weeks, getting back to normal. I did use a light cycle of test last year with the deca, but couldnt afford both this year while getting my wife ready for her show. I really havnt done a PCT and know I should, but not up on all the terms and what to do. I have just taken my 1st shot of Enath 350 mgs and will continue a shot each week. I know I need to be putting some stuff with it, just not sure what for saftey reasons. I am always out to get a more rounded body with lean muscle and I grow pretty easy already. Our diets are set and work very well from competition to comptetition. Lots of Fish, lots of greens and carbs are simple and moved around from day to day. I would like to get harder and leaner oever the next 10 to 14 weeks. I will be taking Clen and t3 and maybie some Wintstrol, along with the test and of course what ever else you recomend Clomi, Aromasin, ? I weight between 210-215 right now. I was down to 202 end of July after her last show. I am 5'7, and I would like to get a little more fat off while maintaining muscle to 195.
Wife is going to try Masterone for the first time. She has only taken small doses of Prop, Winstrol and Anivar for the lat show. This time we will add in the Masterone, once out of Prop and let her diet do the rest. Now sheis nt out ot be the biggest girl on stage, thats not her thing. She doesnt want the beard, big foreheads, she still looks like a women and a pretty one at that, but she loves the sport. Your help is appreciated. Thanks and sorry for any stupid q's

She has a trainer, who has monitered everything she has done and brought up Masterone. he has told me that I should put certain stacks with others, so we have our info, but not quit all of it. I also like to see what others have done as well, which is why I was asking on this site. Otherwise I will get with local comp body builders here, but would rather not go to them every time. I have researched alot, but I also see and here different info. If someone can give answers or pointers great, thanks
 
for advice on masteron for your woman you will get more answers in the womans section. we can speculate but its totally different when it comes to AAS and women.

for your cycle i advised the best i can, to me anything under 500mg a week is just kind of silly. you will not experience anymore side effects @ 500 than you will 350, but the return will be much greater. i cant stress enough how your dabbling with danger by not doing a PCT after your deca cycle and not waiting long enough to start the next. what i mean by danger is the probability of you needing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) was greatly increased by doing that. you have basically done 1 long cycle since you were only off for a month, and the deca didnt even level out til 3 weeks after your last injection.

PCT is a must, or you will not keep your gains. the reason you prolly havent lost much this time is cause you jumped right back on.

to help you further on your cycle please post some specific questions

Agreed about some dont know their azz from a hole in the ground. Thanks for the advise, I will use it and get a post cycle therapy (pct) asap for this round and not make the same mistake again. This is why I got on this site, to get a little honest truth and none of the hear what you want to hear shit. Thanks

Bro, it's so funny you say that, JUST yesterday I went around looking for a possible trainer to get the best gains possible from my upcoming cycle. I told the guy what I was planning on taking, what my diet is like and my training routine.. Somehow he brought up my water intake and somehow I said something like i'll be taking an a/i through the cycle to keep the water retention to a minimum.. The "certified trainer and bodybuilder" tells me water retention is a GREAT thing and that I should drop the a/i and drink MORE water.

Ok, I am going to up my Test e to 500, starting Sat. Besides the PCT, which I will probably using Clomid, what can I use to help with bloating or water ret during the cycle? I heard differnt things, but need advise on amount and product. Aromasin(stane) is one I have heard of as well. Again, age is 40, weight is 210, height is 5'7 at 10%-11% BF right now. Thanks
