Need advice on bad/low dose cycle

Received some sustanon 250(pharmatec pakistan-for obs pakistan- mfg: Org. specs.) from a source-(not from this site)...the problem is i think it is underdosed or maybe it has something in it.....the first 2-3 week i had great pumps and some strength changes(not sure if this was all in my mind)...some shots hurt for a day or two...others did'nt. but i havent done a cycle in over 7 years, but the last one was sustanon. with this cycle no size gains-no acne-no increased lidido.....My question is do i continue the cycle, maybe i might get something from the underdose and then do pct with novaldex or just stop wait a month and get from a reliable source?

Get a blood test to see if your test levels are even elevated.

Yeah being Sustanon (sust) you shoulda noticed something by week 5 IMO at least a pound or 2, I second JS statement get some blood work done then maybe you'll know, would hate to run a post cycle therapy (pct) if its bunk, and would hate not to if its just under dosed, best to check your blood. Make sure you know next time if its g2g or not
