I am looking for a few opinions from people on what they believe is the best starter cycle!! My body build is 6'1 190pds at 16% body fat which i need cut down!! I work out around 2 times a day running 3-4 miles every mon wed fri and swimming 3 miles tues thurs. That in morning while during afternoon i go to the gym doing concentrated reps for around a hour and a half to two hours. I intake around 5 meals a day. While being completly natural with zero supplements at this time! But my dad has told me and my buddies who are now on there 4th or 5th cycle are revealing i am way behind. Please give some advice i am new to this so i may need it dumbed down! Thanks!!
