need an easier to eat breakfast option...

I've been running with this for a couple weeks... easy and makes for a good variety when I'm tired of scrambled eggs!

A cup of greek yogurt (plain with high protein), throw some berries in there with 1/2 cup granola and a bit of honey. Then a couple hard boiled eggs (prepped the night before). Bad idea but I've even eaten this while driving. Early morning sucks, so if I can figure it out the night before I'm sure to get the cals in when I need them... otherwise its lunchtime before I can even think about it and I'm suddenly 1000 calories behind that day!
 
I always do egg whites and a couple whole eggs in a flat kind of bowl stir it up put it in the microwave for a couple minutes then 2 pieces of whole wheat toast and skim cheese and turkey bacon with a glass of skim milk or water. delicious, fast and loaded with protein, and carbs.
