Need brutal honesty - first cycle - Am i ready?

I have another post but to keep from being long winded and repetitive - 24y/o, 5'11, 310lbs-208lbs(over 4 years).
Goal: Get stomach area in shape, achieve the impossible 6 pack?

What I was planning:
test Prop - 150mg eod - 8 weeks (I have read people only doing 100-125mg as well, opinions?)
Arimidex - .5mg eod with test - 8 weeks (or should this be run ed?)
*Winni - 50mg oral ed - week 4-8 (I know everyone has advised against this so far due to it being first cycle and harshness on joints but i thought just running it at end of cycle might be worth it? I also heard the benefits from taking it are temporary? this true? Id like to retain as much as possible dont want to "waste" money)

PCT - 5-7 days after last injection
clomid - 50mg ed - 4weeks
Nolva - 40/40/20/20ed - 4weeks along with clomid

I know suggestions are test E/C but lets pretend like i already have prop, and by "pretend" i mean i do...

Secondly, I ahve attached photos i have taken over the course of the past year, to show progress/regress afterall pictures dont lie and are about the only thing that keep me from lying to myself when i start slacking on diet/gym.

I am including them because i want BRUTAL honesty when it comes to suggestions of whether people think i am "ready" for my first cycle or just some more blood sweat and tears are still needed. **Currently I do Cardio 7x a week 40-50mins (stairs typically) weight train 4x a week Abs every other day as long as i can take a s*** without getting a stomach cramp** I am a pretty stocky guy and i lift pretty heavy, unfortunately i just definitely LOST the genetic pool olympics for having a high metabolism.

wow man , i realy think that uve made great progress . Good work , And everyone should also see that thats what hard work and devotion lead to , there are no easy ways out . !! good for you , i say u can give it a go man , look like u know how to diet and train and have done your research with what u need to do . prop howver may be a bit of a bitch for you because it kind of pains on virgin muscle more then others , and you going to have to pin eod (every other day ) . arimidex is good at .5 eod not ed . pct is perfect , start it 5 days after last inj, good luck
 
If you are doing cardio that much, and still have the 11-12% ish bf yo have in your pic, you need to tweak your diet first. think about it, how do natty bb'ers get cut without gear? so if you do gear and it cuts you up, which it won't, when you come off you go right back to your current level of bf--nice work by the way losing the weight. so really, become an expert on your diet, and maybe training intensity as well before you add the gear. my 2 cents
 
none of those will give you a 6 pack, you need caloric deficit and high intensity interval training

Boom goes the dynamite. Got yeah, well diet is back to being on track and I have read about HIIT. Have a suggestion of what to switch my workout schedule too? Also, I have a pretty shitty knee situation right now, slowly rehabing it trying to avoid surgery which is why i am using stairs for cardio, have any suggestions? (sprints/jumping kill my knee)
 
^^^ to add to what was said above , i would keep your diet the same as u are doing now while running test , test can be used as a bulker or cutting compund depending on how u eat , in order to see the abs u want , u are going to first need to build the ab muscles by training them , and second by being low enough body fat . u can already see them a bit man , all u need imo is a buit more cardio and caloric deficit to burn that extra fat

Thanks I am waiting his reply, but I have ben doing the research myself as I dont like waiting on other people. This week is the first week i have scheduled all eating down.

Perfect. If i decide to run the test, do i need to cut down my cardio or can I still go as often as i am now?

i use sprint 8 on the cross trainer, its easier on the body than a tread mill but any knee problem makes it tough, id hate to see you do a cycle and gain weigh all over, since you want to eat lots when on and getting ripped is the opposite. I will say test can burn some fat, on my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose i seemed to melt slowly over the months, adding exercise just made it faster.
if you choose to go that route consider the injection frequency , if you have never poped a needle into your muscle at least once a week don't think doing it 3 times a week is easy, in fact it hurts! lol your leg will still be sore and its time to slam another 2 cc's in there. not fun. try test E or C , get anavar for the last 6 to 8 weeks , it will squeeze the water out and make it available to burn, resulting in fat burning

My small advise : do a lot of hanging leg raises and exercises like that. I saw a minor problem on your low abdominal.
I think if that small fat will go you will look better.
Second , more Dumbell Laterals of any type , give some curve to shoulders
Third , if your knee is bad, do boxing for cardio, it will boost your shoulders and will shred your serratus

Yeah i know its that lower area that pisses me off. I do leg raises often as well as monay other workouts that isolate my lower abdomen but from everything i read it just seems this is the area at which your body likes to store onto fat the longest :/. Anyway thanks for the tips and suggestions, ill definitely look into boxing out here, sounds a lot more fun than the endless stairway.
 
You are ready. Sweet dedication. Fuck it you've earned it. Losing that much weight makes you a pimp in my book. It's a skinny book too!
