Need Bulking Diet Tips....

I am 22 yrs old 6"1 200Lbs curently running 2nd cycle Test E 500mgs/week and Eq500 mgs/ a week not sure my BF% i am realtivly lean i am on week 6 i have gained 7 LBS but i am currently stuck at 200 and cant get off i think i need help on my diet currently its

meal 1 8am
1.5 cups of oats
20 g of whey
4 eggs

Meal 2 11am
Salad
Broccolli, green peppers
8 oz Chicken breast
Italian Dressing

Meal 3 2pm
Fat free yogurt
1/2 cup granola
60 G protein shake

Meal 4 5:30
Salad
Broccolli, green peppers
8 oz Chicken breast
Italian Dressing

Meal 5 9am
protein bar
16 oz whole milk

Please critique and tell me what i need to work on please

that's alotta carbs.. cut back a litt.e make it one cup
Meal 2 11am

Broccolli, green peppers
8 oz Chicken breast

add carbs bud... sweet potatoes, yams.. oats, red kidney beans etc..
Meal 3 2pm
Fat free yogurt
1/2 cup granola
60 G protein shake

Meal 4 5:30

8 oz Chicken breast
Italian Dressing
add carbs
Meal 5 9am
protein bar
16 oz whole milk
crap... protien bars a crap.. eat real food.. replace with 6oz of a lean meat


add a sixth meal consisting of lean beef and an efa..

Please critique and tell me what i need to work on please

get some macros up
 
i dont see a lot of actual food here, i eat almost that much halfway through my workday and im around your stats
 
Like J said, you need more food rather than supps like shakes and protein bars. I'm
currently on a bulk consisting of 8 meals a day, only one is a shake PWO. Nothing beats whole food, especially red meat when bulking.

^^^ like more natural protein^^^ Depending on what your goal is shakes may contain to many sugars.....
