Need Cycle Help!!!

Just got a script from my doctor (my dad) for Oxandrin, Anadrol 50, 2x Test Cyp 200mg/ml, and tamoxifen 20. I got 1 refill on each script too. I'm a nerd about researching gear before using it. But I know not to "go it alone" when there is a wealth of wisdom on these boards.

6'2", 163 lbs - looking for mass and I lift 3 days a week heavy weights, low reps. 150mgs protein a day, roughly 3000 calorie diet.
 
Yeah. But just straight test cyp. It was all I could get my hands on. I've done 5 cycles about 10 weeks in duration at approx. 400-500mgs a week. I had a crazy gain (15 pounds) the first cycle but thereafter my gains get less and less. Ive done a cycle only once a year. I thought it best to be extremely conservative. But now, after much research and a couple months honing my diet and workout regimen, I feel confident about stepping it up chemically.
 
So quick we can be to assess. Genetically God gave me matchstick legs. I've got only 5% bodyfat though. And I do implore anyone who can give me advice to do so. The crass comments and quick jibs I see so often on these boards don't help me. Can anyone address my QUESTION?
I'm not a BB. I don't wanna put on 30 pounds of muscle. I just love physique training and wish to augment my goals. SOMEBODY WHO ISN'T A HATER AND RELISHES HELPING A NEWBIE WOULD BE MOST GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! THANKS GUYS.

I think you can do this without AAS but...

Test 400mgwk wks1-12
Anadrol wks 1-4
Anavar wks 9-14

Nolva PCT wks15-18

AI -like Adex or aromasin on-hand for possible estro sides....
 
i will tell you to eat a hell of a lot more than 3000cal a day you will want double that
and your protein intake is 150mg you might want to take that up to 400/500mg
i intake 150mg with one shake mind you i love the sh*t so i blend up a whole jug.
just eat more and do it clean.

up your protein to 2g per lb with some casein before bed for slower digesting. 3000 cals a day for your size sounds about right, but if you can, try and bump it up to 3500-4000. There are a lot of awesome shake recipes on here for in between meals too, u should check it out.

Do you do deadlifts, romanian deadlifts, sqauts, weighted calf rises? They will def put some meat on your legs bro.
 
That's the most difficult thing to overcome...I have been plagued with tendonitis problems for years. I can't even play basketball anymore because the jumps make my tendons tighten up and swell. Squats are out of the question...the knees can't handle the leverage. I do the sled and leg extensions but have always resented not being able to do heavy basic lifts like deadlifts, squats and cleans. Even lunges screw me up. I guess over the years I've accepted this malady. Sports medicine doctors tell me that the tightness of my hamstrings causes some of the problem. The other thing is alta patella...which means my patella is higher on the knee structure than it should be, so the tendon is already overextended. I don't know...frustrating. I've tried glucosamine, shark cartilage, chopat straps, anti-inflammatories...you name it. Deca helps because of the extra fluid in around the connective tissue...but not enough to cessate the pain. After one session of squats my knees tighten up like bungee cords. I just gave up after so many years of trying. 2 years I did very little leg work and the first day I picked it back up (gently) I was in the same condition as before. ARRRGGGGHHHHH!
 
Research diet and training and you will find a way around the injuies, physical limitations...5 per bf ? Damn it...
your dad would/should be a wealth of info regarding the above...

Thanks Naptown...great advice. I'll guess I just flush all this stuff down the toilet and try to gain 30 lbs naturally...lol. With the volumes of information and pics I provided about myself I can totally see how your assessment is well-supported.
 
wow man, sorry to hear that. It would probably be best to stay off the juice for a little while. Unless it helps with your tendonitis, (medical use). I would seek some doctors advice/opinions and go from there. As for now, I sure as shit wouldn't flush my gear for anything, lol. I know thats probably not the answere you are looking for, but Good luck man.
