Need experienced help...insight needed

34 years old. 6'3" 230lbs in pics. About 224 now. Previously 267-275lbs. Been cutting since late july. Arms are roughly 18" pumped. Legs are very lean and skinny. Like i have bird legs. 16 3/4" calfs. Im wrkn them hard lately and trying my best. Bench max is around 435. Mill press 260. Squats. Not real sure.
Im looking for est on my bf percentage and opinions on where i need to be weight wise to make my abs more defined. I dont have leg photos attached but like i said. I have bird kegs with little fat.. These pics are flexing my abdominals ..Any help

Your pics are super small but my estimate is 12%

When you get well below 10% you'll see some veins showing and start seeing those striations but you'll sacrifice siZe. You're not far off but make those last Chnages to the diet to get you there
 
Yeah my size and strength are starting to suffer a lil. Hardly saw any changes until i got to about 230. Its like it hit all th sudden for me. I know everybody is different but do u think 215 will b a big difference as far as bodyfat and mirror changes around the midsection

Also i think pics will get bigger if u click on them. I feel like im at a higher bf perc but honestly have NO IDEA

Although I am not amazing expierenced, I do know what my body fat is and I know you are under me, I would say you are 10-11%
