Need for supplements

Perusing my supplement cabinet I see:

ALA
Rhodiolo
ALCAR
Piracitam
NAC
Idebenone
Creatine Ethyl Ester
MSM
Lecithin
Taurine
Fish Oil
Flax Oil
Chocimine
L-Tryosine
Digestive Enzymes
Vitamin C
Alpha-GPC
Injectable B-12 complex
Green Tea Capsules
Beverly International Super Vitamin/mineral Super Pak

Now please keep in mind I do NOT use all of these items every day, but on most days take a LOT of supps. Why? Because they help performance AND HEALTH. Yes, they are a big benefit and well worth the nmoney spent to ME……

But……the truth is, with just a SUPER vitamin/mineral supp pack, and fish oil and creatine and or tuarine you can get TOTALLY awesome results. Many people think supps, just like many people think gear is the big factor of success—THEY COULD NOT BE MORE WRONG. Proper diet and training are by FAR the largest factors of success. To think otherwise is just making excuses.

that is basically my staple for my bulking..cause i am on a tight budget and i just keep to the basics
 
potasium (fucking 3% RDA? WTF? My whey protein is 6%)
fish oil (NOT enteric coated...I hate 'em)
coQ10 (expensive, but I take a statin which lowers CoQ10)

Ran out of the multivitamins 3 months ago. Some day, I'll buy more.

oh yeah, I got 600gram of creatine, too.

I have a huge freezer chest in my basement-lots of meat
Also a good multivitamin, milk thistle, chinese herbs to increase appetite 1st time using these, creatine, protein powder
 
yeah, i have flax seed oil even under my desk at work. but shit tastes HORRIBLE. anyone have a more tolerable method to consuming this shit, other than plugging my nose and washing it down with vodka?

I've had great gains with Vitamins, Protein and Caffeine which was all I was using the past 5 months.

I used to mix it into a protein shake. I could still taste it a little. It is also supposed to slow down the protein digestion at the same time as an added benefit.
 
500 mg c( taken 4 times aday)
selinium(once a day)
vit e 400 iu(nce aday)
potasium(3 caps a day)
fish oil(4 caps aday)
b-50 (once aday)
beverly international multi vit packs(work out days only)

i have more shit but thats all im using right now...along with some natures best isopure and dymatize mega milk
