Throw in some variety to your chest
exercises. Try doing some new ones,
or ones you haven't done in a while.
Don't sacrifice intensity though.
Decrease rest times between sets, change
grip stance, etc.
I'm a big fan of dumbell inclines.
Also, (try this with the bar only first)
Keep your arms parallel with the bar
as you go down, I find this stretches
my chest to the max. However, it
does put more stress on your front delts
as well. Good luck. JM
i hate seeing people do incline bench and flat bench on the same day, unless theyre cutting up with light weight. b4 i say anything, without exagerating, can u explain the exercises ure doing, sets, weight, and reps for chest, along with frequency? i'll give u a routine that'll explode ure chest
