Need Help Bulking Up Under Stressful Environment

I have this grocery store gig where I'm throwing freight all day and I burn a whole lot of energy at my job. I'm currently 6'2" and 180 lbs. with very low bodyfat and have been so for five years, and I'm 24 yrs. old. I've been lifting seriously for over five yrs.

I've already proven that I can gain weight pretty easily but only when I'm sitting on my butt and doing absolutely nothing. I took a one month vacation and I ate four big meals a day in addition to two 1000 calorie weight gain shakes a day and gained 23 lbs. in 3 weeks. I weighed a whopping 208 lbs. After going back to work I gradually went back down to 185 lbs.

I just need some suggestions on what I can do in my current environment and hyperspeed metabolism. I would love to weigh 230 lbs. and be able to maintain that weight.

Does the job give you breaks to eat? If so make sure you bring a gallon sized thermos of whole milk with you each day, try to finish that throughout your shift and eat high protein little meals throughout the day. I have a very fast metabolism so I have to eat a lot of food in order gain weight albeit I managed to get my weight up to 231lbs at 5ft7 last year just under 13% bodyfat. I cut down to 208lbs 6% bodyfat by the end of the summer. Now I am back to bulking and I hope to surpass what I was able to accomplish over last winter.
