Need help designing cycle

Im 19 Years old. 128 lbs. about 9% body fat. Workout five times a week. extremely hardgainer. Eat about 3000-3500 calories a day. Very good diet. Train hard and have been for 3 years. Wishing to bulk up. Want to reach about 135-145 lbs and maintain a lean look. Just about to finish a tri-methyl extreme 3.15 cycle(which im not pleased with due to minimal results). So i guess another question is should i wait a month to do another cycle and take a post cycle therapy (pct) n the meantime or am i good to start my cycle since im pretty sure this product did very little to my body. Any info would be very helpfull

Agon-Your not a hard gainer...Your just not eating enough food. Your age, with that metabolism you need to eat more (count your cals/carbs/pro to get accurate reading of intake). At your age you have NO business using anything other than Food & Supps.

Seriously, not to hate, but with those stats you need to figure out your diet first-then worry about the gear.

Figure out a way to get the calories that you need and then you WILL GROW!! Gaunteed.
 
I seriously eat so much. I really dont think i could find time to eat more. What would you suggest when it comes to fats/cals/carbs when i want lean gains. And i know you disapproved of it but if i were to take a ph what would you recommend. Im obviously not looking for the most potent stuff on the shelf, just something to give me a boost. Its mostly to build muscle in my legs because i had a spinal cord injury and was declared paralyzed but 3 months later slowls started regaining motion and now i can walk but i have twigs for legs. And its extremely hard for me to get by. right now im looking at havoc,stakabol, or testevol.opinions? and thanks for the help man, really appreciate it

words of wisdom. you dont need to be taking anythhing except maybe creatine and protien. eat more real potatoes and wheat pasta. Carbs are what make you gain weight bub. Eat more and do your deadlifts and squats.

Your still bathing in test bro dont use your first cycle too quickly.

Creatine Monohydrate for non workout days
Ancient Strength 3 pre wo 3 post workout
Whey Protien
Onslaught for post workout
