need help on 5x5 routine

I read the post on this and it gave sample for chest, what would be a good one for,bi,tri,shoulder,and back. I would really appreciate this because Im in desperate need of a good workout plan. One that actually does what it says
 
ive used 5x5 and had pretty good results..we have many other rotuines posted as well..what are you trying to accomplish?
 
Im trying to put on quality muscle mass and just change up my routine. I've been diong the same stuff for a while. What days would you do each muscle using this routine

i would think doing something like pullinbig's routine or a DC routine would be a good change of pace
