Need help with biceps!!!

iv been training just under 2yr and at the minutes my biceps are touching 17''.The problem is that they have nearly no definition at all like on the inside of my arm and outside.at the minute im taking la pharmas stanozolol this seem to add my muscle but no defintion.could anyone please give me a bicep routine that aims to define them more.

My favorite is incline dumbell curls, great for peaking the bicep. Biceps are strange, the more you confuse the muscle the bigger it gets. Mix up your bicep workouts, use cable curls because these give you resistance in the upward and downward motion. You should have considered a different bulk cycle before jumping into Winstrol (winny). Winstrol (winny) works great for a cutting cycle.
 
Its genetics bro, some people have peaks some dont, but as you get them larger the peak will come out.

Best way to build biceps is(if your like 99%) of people with small arms, is to cut the volume a lot! 2warm ups and 3-5working sets at the most. Bis are so easy to overtrain, mine started groing the first time in my life when my couch wouldnt let me do any direct work for them

So take a week or two off from training arms and then start with very low volume and watch them grow.
 
on top of a good arm routine bro, you might try( that is if your not already) is try doing some heavy bag work( or mitt work, any kind of boxing).....That worked very well for me as far as definition in that area went

i think this is where im going rong over training them...ill try what you have siad the next time i do arms....ill up the weight and start doin less sets and reps

?? try to make your triceps stronger and bigger, the deffinition of biceps will follow... yo will see.
