I have started my first cycle and have some questions about meal plans. my story is short ;;; I have lost over 145LBS and now ready to put on muscle. I have someone guiding me with my cycle but I am struggling with my meal plan. I am used to being in a cal. def. for the past 4 years or so. this surplus thing is strange to say the least. I pinned the second time last night so still early. . is a standard High/low carb diet good? my macros are roughly 340 protein, Carbs 170, and fats around 50-100 per day. being from high weight lose Carbs scare me LOL
I am Carb sensitive IMO
My goal is 8-11 lbs
my stack is
1.5 Test Cyp.
1.25 EQ
.75 Primo
