need help with routine

Hey, Im new to this board and I've read a lot of good stuff, my problem is that there is too much to take in. A little back ground; 21 yrs old, 5'10, 175lbs, bf?. I worked out religously for about a year then just stopped (lost drive) for 7 months and i look like a bag of shi!. Been back at it for about a month. I know that I have a lot of time before I stop growing and may consider some help from a needle, I just need some help editing my routine from some guys who seem to know what theyre talking about. Here's where Im at:
Day 1
Deadlift 3x8
seated row 3x8
lat bar pulls 3x8
DB military 3x8
lat raises 3x8
front raises (dont know what theyre really called) 3x8
preacher curl 3x8
reverse curl 3x8
DB curl 3x8

Day 2
Bench 3x8
DB press 3x8
flyes 3x8
skull crushers 3x8
rope pulls 3x8
kickbacks 3x8

Day 3
squats 3x8
leg press 3x8
calf raises 3x8
DB lunges 3x8

Day 4
rest for the day then do it all over again tomorrow

I dont know if this is too much, my buddy says i am focusing on too many little excersizes, I read over the 5x5 sticky and I like the layout should I scrap what I'm doing and hit that up?
 
you could be over training if you are hitting everything at least twice. Start of nice and simple and build on that
focus on the 3 core lifts bench, squat, and deads and build a programme around that. Make sure you include plenty of rest, and eat heaps of quality food
