need help

Hey was needing to know yalls opinion...I am wanting to do my first cycle, and have been looking into doin Test-E. But don't know if that would be a good starting point... Im 6'0 weigh 212 lbs. and have a pretty good diet, I have been working out for 5-6 years. I'm wanting to add some lean muscle, I don't want to get overly big just want to gain a good 10-20 lbs of muscle.

Also what would be the recommended cycle. ive heard from anything from 4 wks on an4 wks off, to up to 10-12 wks on.

if you look around this sight youll get alot of information on "first cycles" but test only, is always the best first cycle.. reason being is test should be the base of a cycle. once you see how your body reacts to it then you know what to expect.. on your second cycle if you desire you can add another like deca/eq/dbol.. or whatever your situation calls for.. people here will strongly suggest test enanthate or cypionate for 10-12 weeks with proper pct for 1st cycle..

as for other help-change your username to something other than your email....you will get scammers trying to sell you gear.
 
test 10-12 weeks pct 10-12 days after last pin. 10 to 20 pound of muscle? not gonna get that on 1 cycle brotha, that comes from dieting right and and diciplined training, good luck if u have any questions just ask, o and change that username...lol
 
pct, diet and same intensity as on cycle during training keeps gains brotha man!!....lol
