Hey guys

I want to begin my very first cycle. Im abit confused about the different cycles there are and i've read that during your first cycle, its best to just start off with test by its self?
I know people who are stacking deca and test together and they achieve really good gains however should i begin with test by itself?

My next question is, which test would give me good gains__prop vs enanthate? difference?

Ive read that test E. is based on water retention and prop keeps you lean with rapid gains but what are your thoughts on these? which should i start off with??

im currently 5'7, 13% bf and 138lbs

How long should my cycle go for and what post cycle therapy (pct) should i use.

please help.

IMO i would start with test e alone, for a longer cycle of 12 weeks.. anything shorter and i would use the prop for its fast acting ester, even thou prop has more testosterone per milligram than enth, i would still choose enth.. less jabs not a biig difference in bloat..

use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) it will also help with water retention, Adex (Arimidex)

for your first cycle i would only take 250mg/week
can pin once a week or twice a week i suggest Tuesday and Saturday
but try both and see what works for you. post cycle therapy (pct) i would suggest using Nolva and keep the Adex running through with post cycle therapy (pct).. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for the first few weeks and the last 3-4 weeks if available

Week 1-12/test e/250mg/week
Adex run .25 ed or .5 or eod see what works better for you if you are gyno prone
i would run ed, personally run .5, but see what works for yourself! and definitely have nolva on hand if any gyno symptoms occur.
Week 14-18/Nolva/40/40/20/20
Adex/.25 ed

.. i really hope you know about diet.. you wont go anywhere without proper diet,
so before you do anything, have a daily meal plan.. 7 meals a day,
you should already know how to gain weight without gear before you jump into a cycle
should be eating every 2 hours.
train hard & 10 hours rest!

Im planning to start around june just so i can fix up my diet a lil better.

I'm planning to start off with test E.
I know that it will bloat me up with water and ill loose def. Post cycle, what should i do to become more defined? I mean after the cycle ill be bloated.. do i need to take up clen or some sort of shredding product?

Also, how easy is it to find post cycle therapy (pct)?

Lets say my diets perfect, my workout routines are good and i get 10 hours sleep, after you stop steroids, how long do you keep your size? no point doing it if you have to continue... I mean i just need a boost after that its all me or i might later on stack test. E with deca for my second cycle but I'm not going to exceed two cycles.

Pretty solid advice I would question why you would recomend a high testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose as a cycle though. First run or not won't get much in the way of results.

Bump that test dose to 400 min 600 max per week

First note your going to gain and loose water with any cycle period. Thats just life.


The Only thing you need to do to get cut is run calories at a deffecit to your bmr

PCT can be found at almost any banner on this site

How long do you keep your size? This is directly related to your calorie intake eat below bmr by by size

eat maintinace bmr mantain most of size

Eat more than bmr welcome back fat

Pretty basic really


PS NOBODY EVER JUST DOES 2 CYCLES

I agree with Phatbastard. 400 mg a week is a nice first cycle. You will definitely notice a difference on that cycle. Make sure you also take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), like Adex or Aromasin as Srbjuicer suggests. The Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will help limit any bloat associated with the long-estered test.
 
Sorry guys what do you mean when you say bmr?
If i up the dosage, what should my calorie intake be daily?

My next question, for PCT: so I'm meant to have Nolva/adex/clomid?
Adex every day
Nolva week 14-18/40/40/20/20

terrible advice!!! He's 138lbs for fuck sake. He needs to eat food and get a good base before he even thinks about gear. Learn how shit works before you give out info. How old are you? Age is a key factor as well.

Test E at 400-600mg per week will be great for you.

I agree with herm . I don't know, why you are, giving him advice at 138 he weighs what I did, before I knew what lifting and, food was.he, is, no where near, ready or at generi potential. He needs to do more research and get up to around 170 naturally. Wait a, few years then come back to us, when you are, older.

I got that tren anger! LOL. It's not even that this dude wants to do juice but he's at a comparable size to my sister. He's not even close to being a decent size to start Aas. He needs to learn how to eat before he does anything. But, then were gonna hear I eat good. No you don't you weight 138 and we still don't know his age. It's a pretty simple concept to follow. He could be 16 for all we know then people give him advice that would be good for someone with a good build and of the right age. Btw go fuck a goat dark!! Lmao.

Yeah.. so when I saw 138 lbs I was wondering why ppl were giving him cycle advice.. As for 250mg/wk for a first cycle.. I agree w/ 500-600 as well, but I just wanted to say I did my first cycle at 275mg/wk of Andropen 275 british dragon, and I was up to 235 lbs, repping 405 for sets of 5.. only recently have I came in contact with any gear that has compared to that. I know it was my first cycle, but looking back, I can't imagine what 600mgs of that would have felt like. I mean I was absolutely high as hell off of just that 275. It's more than enough to get great gains for a first cycle, assuming the gear is g2g.

i read his stats and told him he should know how to gain weight without gear before jumping into a cycle.. but most people on here no matter what the stats are still gonna cycle and still would like to hear some advice on the proper way.. at least he knows even for future reference.

my first cycle was 250mg of test e and i had great results, nothing to complain about.
 
I agree with Herm, et al. 138lbs is WAY too small to even consider gear. My fiance is a 5'5" filipina and she weighs 120lbs (though she DOES have an ASSSSSSS)

You need FOOD brother....hook up with 3J.
