so i am sick and tired of romain lettuce/brocco sprouts and a can of tuna cover with 2 tbls italian dressing. i am just looking for some alternatives to keep me in the same protien/carb/fat area. any ideas???

whats that, about 30g pro 15g fat?

cottage cheese and almonds sprinkled with cinnamon(i eat this 2-3 times a day, my favorite meal)
an omlette with 3 eggs and a few egg whites with some chopped bell peppers thrown in
chicken breast with sauteed veggies and lowfat swiss cheese

i dunno man, you usually tend to have informative posts, you should know this...its not hard to put foods together unless your an extreme noob.

no some times you just want some one on the outside to look in and throw an idea or 2 out there for you.

i guess i should have stated that this will replace a late meal for me. so omelets are out. and i already eat a cup of cottage cheese a day. you know it may have been more helpful if i would have posted my "work day" diet huh?

gimmie a minute and i will post up my regular "work day" diet.

1meal:
spinach scramble mix (feta chz, munster chz, crushed red pepper, garlic)
oat meal w/ berries and brewers yeast and wheat germ
2 tbls PB
1cup of tomato or orange juice

2meal:
1 oz beef jerky
1 oz alomonds

3meals:
1 small sweet potato
4-6 oz chicken (some times i replace with steak)

4meal
1 cup cottage chz
1 small roma tomato

5 meal:this is the meal i wanna change out
romain lettuce 2 cups
1 oz brocco sprouts
1 can of tuna
2 tspn lite done right italian dressing

6 meal:
diner at home
changes nightly, but generally a lean meat and veggies.

7 meal:
bed time shake (may or may not happen depending on dinner meal and my mood etc..)

crab salad instead of the tuna can be a good substitute. Turkey sandwich w/ 7 grain bread or just cheese and coldcuts rolled up w/ a little dressing.

why not buy slices tysons precooked chicken, and put it in your salad instead of tuna? chicken breast and brocolli or asparagus as tman said,
go to a health food store and buy low carb bread...its 4 carbs per slice...legit 4 carbs not that shit where they cancel it out by how much dietary fiber is in it and make a small turkey sandwhich...i used to do this when i cut 30 pounds a few years back. slices are pretty small though.
