Need Opinion on Training

I train bi's back on Monday and Thursday
Tris chest Tuesday and Friday
Legs Wednesday

Where should I throw Shoulders in at? Bis back or tris chest

I think tris chest day because tris are secondary muscles worked in some shoulder workouts such as military press and arnold press.

What do you think keeping in mind I train 5x/week about a hour or so a day

I dont think training much more then an hour is beneficial
I do still get some soreness sometimes from this regimine

your opinion appreciated?
 
sounds like your not working your legs enough but just through it in either upper body day your working your shoulders on both days so just toss them in there somewhere just some military lateral raises and front raises should be enough with the amount of upper body you are doing.
