Need routine for ripped quads

I need a routine to get my quads ripped, you ll see my quads are pretty huge, i bumped reps to twelve and veins started to pop out, vascularity has quite increased, your help is welcome..

I m around 8%bf less then 12% year round.

you've got the size there so you might try doing everything single leg and do machines to focus on the various muscle groups for separation. you seem to hold more of your bf in your lower body (just from watching the vid and seeing you say you're 8% there) so cutting down from 8% another percent or two even you'd probably see a pretty strong difference as well.
 
You've got a good physique. I wouldn't classify your legs as 'huge', but they have good shape.

Either way, getting ripped is all about diet, which you either know by your ab video, or you just have good genetics. Some people just hold fat more in certain areas than others. Some have more cuts/striations in certain areas and others don't.

Since you're in single digit BF% already, I would say maybe increase the rep range on the extensions, but don't leave out the big lifts either. How damn lean are you trying to get anyway? Are you competing? If not, walking around at very low BF% is not very healthy. UNless it comes naturally.
 
Before competing i ve to be sure i can reach every goal i attempt to do.
I ll do the mountain dog leg workouts.

Just want my veins popping out all over my body, six block abs like dexter all year round.
