Need site to get Phiscillian Husk root?

I know I didn't spell that right but I am looking for i think it's called physicillian root. It's to firm up stools. My GF is suffering from acute anxiety disorder and nothing is working, so I was thinking the physciliian husk root and a nice fiber chew or suppliment might help.

Anyone got any sites for the root I'm speaking of?

Any supplement site will sell psyllium husk. You can get it cheap at a grocery store as well. Psyllium husk is metamucil. I buy no-name brand psyllium husk pills. It works fantastic.
