anger management classes help any?
Need some help/advice on anger and control.

I was forced by court to take them in my teens. It didn't help but mostly because I couldnt take the classes seriously.

in your teens santa? did you play any sports then? no issues in your adulthood?
I was sort of a "problem-child" growing up. Mostly it boiled down to often being the smallest guy with the biggest heart. Always proving myself in stupid AF ways. You know, boys will be boys I suppose.
The older I've gotten, the more I've realized I should be happy I havent killed anyone by mistake...
Nowadays I'm pretty chill to be honest. I'll turn the other cheek in most cases but corner me...well... good luck lol
