need some help

Ive been working out hard ever since highschool im 24 nowstarted my first cycle and i want to try a new work out routine

Monday:chest
Tuesday:arms
Wednesday:legs
Thursday:shoulders
Friday:back

Tell me what you guys think.
 
I agree with wolf, way too vague... but... I would not do arms after chest. Your tris already more than likely did enough work that you should rest a couple days before hitting them again. If you gave more info... like what areas you would like to build, we could offer some more advice.

As of now we're kind of in the dark.
 
Yeah you gave us like no information. As stated above, not a good idea to do arms the day after chest when your tri's were probably hit hard. Try chest/tris and back/bis instead.
 
From what you posted, I would switch back to Wed and legs to Fri since legs are your largest body part and need the most recovery.. It's good arms and shoulders break up the larger body parts. It may make sense to stack them up a little and do M Tu Th F..
