Nerves in the delts??

Are there any nerves in the delts I have to worry about hitting? I am not as worried about veins as I am a nerve.
From what I've heard no problems and I went to spotinjections.com

I am just trying to prepare myself for first ever injection this morning.

i find that hitting nerves in my delts is really not painful at all.. the muscle just kind of twitches.. i hit veins more often, but still.. not a big deal. delt injects are pretty much painless

Love the delt shots. Completely painless for me. I use 25g 1in needle.

Well I will probably do it in an hour or so.
I keep hearing it's painless, but the first time is the first time...lol

First time EVER? Just don't mind fuck yourself by staring at the needle for an hour. Make sure all your bubbles are out, figure out where you want to inject and slowly push it in. I used to blast it in fast but now I do it slowly, it feels the same but when I would do it fast I noticed the needle would bend slightly. Trust me, 25g 1" won't hurt at all.

the funny thing about delts is that its the only place I don't like shooting at....The very first time I ever tried my delts I hit a nerve, but good luck to ya
