We need reference ranges included. Each lab is different.
And why didn't you check your estradiol? You always should check your estradiol!

Yes, the big three to be checking for when on TRT is Test, E2 and Hematocrit. Without knowing where they are any TRT protocol becomes a hazard.

Looks allright, would maybe benefit going up on the test by 100-200, but that's just me. How old are you?
E2 level looks good, are you using any AI? The downside is if you bumped the dose up to say 60mg instead of 50mg shots it may require a low dose AI if you are currently not taking one to keep your e2 in check.
Also your HCT is starting to get high... You want to try keep it no higher than 50 as long term high HCT can lead to problems both long-term and in the short. Donate blood to lower it.

You need to get in and donate blood before your hematocrit gets too high and they won't let you. Make sure you are donating every 56 days. Exogenous testosterone increases hematocrit.

I think it is too low given that he had the Regular Estradiol Assay done. Given the anecdotal rule of thumb that it is usually overstated by 10-20 points, that means his E2 is likely in the 3-13 range.

Ahh yes right, how are you meant to knoiw the different... Sorry to hijack, but to be honest I have never looked into the difference between the regular and the sensitive test (apart from knowing the regular sometimes is a little overstated) and honestly not sure what mine is getting tested at. Although where my e2 level is on my current TRT protocol is exactly where it was pre-TRT anyway and I feel good.

I can tell which assay be used based on the reference range.
You have to be a little careful comparing to pre-TRT results. When men are hypogonadal, I have noticed that their estradiol is often low as well since there isn't as much T available for aromatization.

My ref range is 30-150 pmol/L and my e2 pre-TRT sits at 110 and currently on TRT sits at 120 (so it is almost the same) measurements are in pmol/L.
I dont know what it was pre trt. I do not take any ai. I can tell ya that at 100mg a week my levels peaked at 1276 and e2 was 66. Bloodwork at same dose done day b4 shot was due shows test at 402 and e2 at 31.1
