Dentalchick: So, I see you've already been yelled at for not eating enough. That's good.
But, the fact that you're basically starving yourself like that probably means you haven't gotten the right kind of advice about how and what to eat. Without that information, all the best intentions and weight-loss drugs in the world aren't going to help you. So, if you don't mind, I'll lend my personal opinion.
Eat clean. If you're not familiar with the principle, you should basically cut out excess sugar and sodium, overly processed foods, white starches and all the typical baddies.
Eat 5-6 small meals a day (each "meal" should about the size of both hands put together; Think salad plates, not dinner plates.)
Eat your meals every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism revved up.
Drink 64 oz of water daily, and make sure you drink 16 oz of water in the morning before you put anything else in your mouth. Drink your coffee and tea black. Avoid sodas (even diet sodas) and artificial sweeteners.
Start your morning with enough fiber and complex carbs to kick-start your metabolism. Hot cereal like steel-cut oats or Cream of Wheat, or an egg white & veggie scramble with a side of fresh fruit are great options. Add in 1-2 T of wheat germ, 2-4 T of ground flaxseed & 1 T of bee pollen for added energy and a plethora of other benefits. If you need sweetener, go for agave nectar.
Make sure each meal includes complex carbs and lean protein. Be sure to add a few healthy fats.
Snack on raw veggies or fruits with a handful of nuts, an ounce of cheese or a glass of milk to sate your appetite between meals if you get hungry.
Take your other supplements in the evenings so they have more time to work on your body without you peeing them out all day.
Don't count calories. Learn portion control and stick to eating every 2-3 hours, even if you're not hungry. Combine a healthy clean-eating lifestyle with moderate exercise, and you should see results within a month.
A great physique is 80% nutrition. For the most dramatic results, I recommend the following:
Pick up the
The Eat Clean Diet series by Tosca Reno and learning the principles. Reno makes eating clean simple, fun and delicious. The cookbook recipes are awesome. I lost 10 pounds in the first month without any exercise, and have more energy than ever.
Week 1:
Follow Cooler Plan 1 in the
Eat Clean Diet.
Start your first 3-week cycle of clenbuterol. Order 20mcg tablets, and take the following dosages of clen (in mcg) per day over the course of 21 days:
20/20/40/40/60/60/80
Supplement your diet with taurine every day while taking clen. Eat bananas and oranges to fend off muscle cramps, and take ibuprofen at the first sign of a headache.
No exercise except for walking unless you're already pretty active. Give your body time to adjust to the new diet and clen.
Week 2:
Follow Cooler Plan 1 in the
Eat Clean Diet.
Continue your 21-day clen cycle with the following dosages (in mcg):
80/80/80/80/80/80/80. Remember taurine & potassium.
Begin exercising moderately (no more than 30 minutes of moderate cardio + light weight training and ab work 3-5x per week).
Week 2:
Follow Cooler Plan 2 in the
Eat Clean Diet.
Continue your 21-day clen cycle with the following dosages (in mcg):
80/60/60/40/40/20/20. Don't forget taurine & potassium supplements.
Increase to vigorous cardio + moderate weight training 5x/week. Take 1-2 days off each week to recover. Don't overtrain.
Weeks 3-6:
Follow Cooler Plan 2 in the
Eat Clean Diet.
NO CLENBUTEROL.
Continue with exercise plan.
Continue cycling weeks 1-6 as shown until you reach your desired goal. Once you've adapted to clean eating, there's no need to take a week off from exercise during the first week of the cycle. Stay hydrated. Weigh yourself no more than once a week - remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Pay more attention to the way your clothes fit, the way you look and the way you feel.
